i	isabelle patrick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, great big suite, nice terrace to look out at night. However we did get bed bugs and I saw a review from someone else also saying they got bed bugs :/
S	Steve H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little place, out of the way but close to centre, only down side is unmanned reception and when you check in you have to go to another hotel about 5mins away to get the keys etc. Nice and quiet.

Staff were great, friendly and helpful and the breakfast was obviously cooked to order; it was hot and lovely. The room was modern and of good size, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. I would highly recommend a stay here.
G	Goma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location was great but the temporary check-in place was too far from this hotel. The room size was not bad. The water pressure was too weak and the duvet was dirty. The smell reminds me my grandma blanket.

I would say the price was very fair, compared to other hotel rooms for a similar price in other touristic cities. It was very organized and clean. The check-in had to be done in a different hotel, which was 5-8 minutes away by foot. Everything worked as expected.
s	soheil mahmoodi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a bad experience for us. First, finding it wasn't easy because it has no name on the door, wall or anywhere else. Second, you have to go somewhere else for checking in and day charge you another fee for the city tax and in just cash!!! After you go back to your hotel will find out a room with no hot water, empty fridge, no bottle of water, not even a set of tooth sanitation. No one is on the front desk to answer you at all. The only good things was a warm room with good morning view and that's it. Not suggesting to anyone.

The room and view are beautiful, and that is where the positives end. All the other reviews are true, you must check in at another hotel. It is the desk at Hotel Agli Artisti - why the owner cannot communicate or offer this information on any of the online bookings is beyond me. It is purely lazy. On top of this, the hotel shut off our air conditioning and claimed it was for the city. But clearly other reviewers had this same issue and were told different stories. And the phone in the room to call them does not work. I had the worst sleep in months here and I can’t recommend anyone stay. Pay a bit more and find something better.
R	Roderick Mathieson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, large comfy bed, zero facilities, building from outside appears as if it has been semi abandoned, shower leaked all over floor, shower fittings loose, sink takes forever to drain, 3 very thin pillows ( two adults), lift with no lights, booking needs be done at another hotel which you need to find via telepathy, need I go on. Stayed 3 nights. Slept and washed and for that it was adequate. Would really suit homeless person or someone who is a total drunk or abusing strong drugs.
