★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit further from things than I thought but still a very good location. Also, it was nice having my own, clean bathroom. They provide (slightly scratchy) towels as well. Overall, a very good experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hostel staff was very friendly, they allowed us to store the luggage for free and use the common room even after we checked out. One of the single room we booked was a bit smelly but overall not too bad among all the hostels I stayed in.

The guy at the reception briefed us about the house rules, give us some advice about sightseeing options, restaurants around the area - some of them offers 10% discount if you say you are staying at the Haven Hostel. We stayed only one night but I would highly recommend this Hostel to stay in and I would like to say thanks for the staff for your kindness and hospitality :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hostel is quite basic (the design could be a bit more modern and functional) but very clean, the staff is very nice and helpful, it is located in a strategic position and close to vaporetto's main lines. Check in is 24/7 which makes it a great solution when travelling at unconventional timing. I would definitely recommend it as a good budget solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is great, they (only) have private rooms, and at acceptable prices. (It's Venice, you won't find cheap hostels in the city. You won't.) The only bad thing is the wifi, it IS really horrible. No air conditioning, as is common with Venice, but fans will keep you cool during the night. Also worth noting that this is definitely more a budget hotel, less a hostel, as there is no dorms available, and common space is limited. But I would recommend this hotel, it's got good staff and reception, and of course, Location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You gotta stay there! It's absolutely wonderful place :) I really enjoyed my stay in Haven Hostel, everything was awesome and with a real local feel. Amazing staff at the reception, great rooms and bathrooms, really clean. You have also access to a fridge and microwave. Good value for money, wifi available, Venice was at hand. If you're looking to meet fellow travellers and expect great vibe, this is it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hostel that looks like mora a hotel. The room was very clean and the bed was good. The location is perfect to go anywhere just walking. The vending machines have fair prices. Would say is the best value for money in Venice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really liked this hostel. I had a private room which was large and well furnished. It was really safe because not only was there a locked door to my room but a second locked door to pass through first, which led to two rooms and the shared bathroom. The bathroom was clean with a good shower. My only complaint was that it was so hot! Unbearably hot. There was a plug in fan which was very welcome but the place could have done with some air con.
