★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to stay in Venecia. It's about 5 minutes walking to Rialto bridge and 10 minutes to Piazza San Marco. The people from the hotel was so kind and helpful. Very recommended for a short trip to this wonderful city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 5 year old was playing on my phone and accidentally booked with this hotel. I contacted them immediately and informed them of what happened and they are refusing to cancel the reservation. I would not book with this hotel because they obviously don’t care about customer service. Very disappointing and greedy.
*update in response to the owner’s rude comment, I did not book through this hotel’s website it was a third party which does have card information saved. It’s 2018. The owner’s response just further proves my point that this is bad customer service. Not sure why I would book then immediately contact the hotel within 5 minutes with a “fake” story but whatever you have to say to make yourself look good :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My stay here was just average. Nothing went terribly wrong, but nothing was amazing either. The location is a great spot since it's very close to piazza San Marco, and it's on a rather quaint little street without much noise. The breakfast was alright, but I was disappointed that one of those machines that you'd find at the airport or train station was making my cappuccino instead of a person. I was not happy with the wifi since it did not work in my room, but my stay there was still average. It's your typical 3 star hotel.
Also, this hotel is the sister hotel of Hotel Bella Venezia, so it's off on another street and doesn't have a reception area. You go to Bella Venezia for breakfast and check in/check out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was very small and no Wifi signal was available in the room allotted to us. Upon request, we were shifted to another room which was bigger (and had Wifi) but we eventually found out that the bathtub was not draining. And later we were again shifted to another tiny room. The carpet and sheets in the room were not clean. Expected a much better stay for the price charged. However the location was great and very close to San Marco's Square which was a huge advantage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful!!! By far the worst (and far too expensive) accommodation I've ever experienced! I didn't like the room: full of mold, damaged ceiling (the plaster was actually falling down on the floor), small, dark, noisy, stained sheets. Also, the staff wasn't friendly at all! The location was OK, close to the tourist attractions (however I don't believe that location justifies the price, as in Venice everything is within walking distance). Bottom line: I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone!!
