A	Anne Coman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked this hotel with Hotels.com. Due to the Covid virus our cruise was cancelled. I cancelled the hotel with Hotels.com. and have a cancellation #. Now a year later 4 days before we would have gotten there the Hotel charged us $146.53. the hotel says they don't use Hotels.com and Hotel.com says because it was a pay later we have to contact the Hotel. This is very upsetting!!!! I'm done with both of them. We are going to Italy next year but we will stay clear of Hotels.com and The Luxury Venetian Rooms. Seniors are just not respected.
F	Frederico Lopes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andrea was very accommodating during our stay! The location is 300 meters from the Sao Marco square and Basilica! Also 500 meters from the Rialto bridge! On the first day, he upgraded our room to the one with a canal view, as well as left us a bottle of prosecco! Since we were just starting our honeymoon that gesture made our evening much more pleasant! He cleaned our room every day, and left water and fruits, even when we tried to leave it in order. The breakfast was served at our table, with daily fresh products, meats, cheese, and bread. During our last day, while we made some time for the train, Andrea kindly stored our bags for a few hours and helped us bring them to take entrance. Highly recommend it!

Multiple little attentions were waiting for us : a bottle of wine, fruits, coffee... It is 5' by foot from St Marc Place. Andrea is very kind and considerate. I warmfully recommend.
D	David Rosales on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ andrea is a charming and genuine host. he serves a great breakfast and is eager to make our stay the best. the rooms are elegant although a little small. the canal view was beautiful the walls are thin, so noise will travel at night. i'd gladly stay here again

The staff was very friendly and helpful, with a special thanks to Andrea who helped to accomodate our requests in the best possible way and was overall very a very welcoming host. Didn't get a chance to enjoy the breakfast unfortunately but from I glimpsed through a door, it looked very good too !

Very kind and friendly person Breakfast: simple, not a wide choice but quite good quality overall. In other reviews you would read "wonderful breakfast", is actually simple. No fresh fruit available (but can ask, and the host would try to provide). Position: perfect Overall a bit overpriced in my opinion.
