M	Melanie Wells on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a sham!!! Lied to about needing to “disinfect” the apartment and when we said we would wait for it they said they didn’t have one available. We got stuck in another apartment that wasn’t the pictures we paid for. Really upset about the level of service and the lying.
C	Christina Salerno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I stayed at Ai Patrizi for our 25th Anniversary the end of March 2018. WOW!! Roberto and Ottilia were superb!! They were very accommodating to all our needs, and their recommendations for restaurants were excellent. We could ask them anything and they never let us down. The room was exquisite, regal, spotless and very comfortable. The outdoor patio was great, I wish the weather was warmer so we could have enjoyed it more. They even surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco for our anniversary! The apartments are centrally located to St. Mark's Square and the Rialto bridge. We didn't want to leave, and can't wait to return to beautiful Venice. Grazie mille per la vostra gentilezza!!
J	Jasmine Sanders on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This apartment was a very nice place to stay. The bed was extremely comfortable! It had every thing in the kitchen that you would need. The TV had wifi where you can play things from your phone or tablet through the TV which was awesome! The only complaint I have is they don't clean daily and still charge you a final cleaning fee. The front desk service also could have been more friendly. Would still recommend this as a good place to stay in Veince. It is in a great location!
C	Cristina Olano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for a night last Wednesday while in Venice. The apartment was ready at 1500. Since we arrived early we left our suitcases at the Hotel and returned after lunch to check in. The apartments are by the Manin landmark, a close walk to the water taxis. Our unit could easily sleep four guests comfortably as the sitting room had a sleeper sofa. The kitchen was equipped for us to make meals if we wanted to. Be mindful instructions say to leave it the way it was on arrival. The bed was conducive to sleeping. The reasons, as there are two, for the four stars is one - that the pizza place directly below is open until late and the staff are very loud. This is whether your windows are open or closed. This made it impossible for a light sleeper such as myself to get any sleep. The second is that the lady that cleans the apartment on your departure/check out gets there and starts cleaning well before your agreed upon time. The reason we asked for a later check out time is that our flight was cancelled and we were booked on a later one. We wanted to freshen up before leaving after breakfast but she was already in the bathroom cleaning. My Husband was not happy about this. On top of that, she was on her cellphone the whole time like we were not even around. My reviews are all about the whole experience. It is not easy for me to give five stars if there is a part that hinders the experience from being perfect.

M	Mike Roman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is Awesome! We don't want to leave! We have stayed at 5 star hotels before and this one ranks up there at the top. Roberto was also very pleasant to deal with. Our apartment was a very spacious, clean, and had a beautiful venetian style/ decor. We had a dining room/ kitchen with convertible couch bed and another bedroom with a queen bed. The bathroom had a bathtub and a shower that was spacious as well. You won't get this space at a regular hotel in Europe. If you did, it would cost you much more $$$$. The rooms had black out shades or curtains you could close. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking, dishes, silverware, and a mini fridge. Outside our apartment down the hall there was a small patio you could enjoy if you wanted to sit outside and have a morning coffee etc. You won't be disappointed staying here. This apartment is close to everything. Be careful and follow the directions from the hotel because Google maps gave me the wrong directions which caused us extra walking in circles.

Nearby is a good restaurant Ai Mercanti. These are beautiful, clean and very comfortable rooms, we order them for the fourth time and every time we receive excellent service !!! Thanks to Michelle and the whole team !!!
