★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il servizio in sé è molto buono, ma l'ESU dovrebbe scegliere più accuratamente i dipendenti al servizio con il pubblico. L'addetto al servizio studenti per la tessera ESU nella mensa di Rio Nuovo sembra non essere in grado di dare semplici informazioni senza cadere nella maleducazione più becera.
The service itself is very good, but the ESU should more carefully choose the employees to serve with the public. The student service officer for the ESU card in the Rio Nuovo canteen seems unable to give simple information without falling into the most vulgar rudeness.
