β β β β β Personale gentile attento e servizievole. Buona la pulizia con attenzione alle norme anticovid. Struttura ricettiva con ampi spazi comuni e due piscine termali (coperta e scoperta). Camere con arredi un po' datati e di dimensioni nn da hotel cinque stelle. Buoni i servizi termali al piano interrato da cui si accede direttamente dall'hotel e dove si puΓ² usufruire anche di trattamenti estetici/fisioterapici. Nota dolente la cucina: la prima colazione con scarsa varietΓ di scelta, riguardo ai pasti li definirei piΓΉ da mensa che da ristorante.
 Kind, attentive and helpful staff. Good cleaning with attention to the anticovid standards. Accommodation facility with large common areas and two thermal pools (indoor and outdoor). Rooms with slightly dated furnishings and non-five-star hotel size. Good spa services in the basement which can be accessed directly from the hotel and where you can also take advantage of beauty / physiotherapy treatments. Sore point the kitchen: breakfast with little variety of choice, with regard to meals I would define them more as a canteen than a restaurant.

β β β β β Old, unkept, no maintenance, no atmosphere, no service, awful food, dirty common area furniture, it rains in the covered pool area, and all this for a hefty price. Never again!!!

β β β β β This Hotel is absolutely my first choice, for position, food, pools, therms, medical treatments, warm atmosphere etc.. Great level of care for any kind of problem you might have during the permanence . TOP for professional / empathy thanks to great skills belongings to people working in there. Starting from the management , of course. Don't miss ISCHIA anyway !
