B	Barbara Gheri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura carina personale gentile, ma cucina pessima, pesce azzurro spacciato come branzino, quantità misere, buffet sempre vuoto, se arrivavi alle otto e dieci i vassoi erano già vuoti e nn venivano più riempiti. Gabinetti termali carini, ma addetti ai fanghi poco preparati e approssimativi, nessuna scheda per il piano cure e domande continue sulle parti da trattare. Prezzi medi Nice staff, but bad food, blue fish sold as a sea bass, poor quantities, buffet always empty, if you arrived at eight o'clock the trays were already empty and were no longer filled. Pulizia, camerieri, hall tutto ok ma lo chef lo vorrei conoscere per dirgli di mangiare lo stracotto al vino rosso, pasta quasi sempre cruda, la genovese non la conosce, mi dispiace ma lo dovete cambiare immediatamente per non perdere clienti inoltre le portate sempre misere, quasi mai frutti di mare. Bagno grande, con una doccia molto fantastica. Pulizie accurate e cambio quotidiano degli asciugamani. Molto buona la cucina con i sapori tipici della tradizione, buffet di verde ricco, specialmente quello serale con le verdure cotte. Unica nota negativa la mancata cura degli spazi verdi che potrebbero diventare splendidi giardini, ma essendo tutto il complesso in fase di ristrutturazione, spero in bene per la prossima volta.. Excellent value for money. Friendly and prompt staff. The renovated comfortable, spacious rooms, furnished in a simple but functional way. Large bathroom, with a very fantastic shower. Accurate cleaning and daily change of towels. The cuisine is very good with the traditional flavors, rich green buffet, especially the evening one with cooked vegetables. The only negative note the failure to care for green spaces that could become beautiful gardens, but being around the complex under renovation, I hope good for next time ..

Stanza bellissima al terzo piano, che raccomando, per lo splendido terrazzo vista mare, bagno rifatto da poco, e pulizia con cambio biancheria giornaliero.Terme interne, comode da raggiungere in ascensore, e complete di sauna, piccola piscina termale, sala fanghi, sala inalazioni e piccolo centro estetico. Il menù è vario, personalmente non ho appprezzato il pesce, ma i miei vicini di tavolo lo mangiavano tranquillamente. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene, e considerata la cifra che abbiamo pagato a maggio, è sicuramente conveniente.Una nota a parte lo merita lo staff, dai ragazzi della receptions alle signore delle pulizie, dal personale delle terme al bar, tutti gentili e disponibili. Sicuramente ci ritornerò. Just stayed in this hotel, small but complete with everything. Beautiful room on the third floor, which I recommend, for the splendid terrace with sea view, bathroom recently redone, and cleaning with daily linen change. Internal rooms, convenient to reach by elevator, and complete with sauna, small thermal pool, mud room, hall inhalations and small beauty center. The menu is varied, I personally didn't like the fish, but my table neighbors ate it quietly. Overall we found ourselves well, and given the amount we paid in May, it is certainly convenient. A separate note deserves the staff, from the receptions guys to the cleaning ladies, from the spa staff to the bar, all kind and helpful . I will certainly return.

Personale poco attento alle esigenze dei clienti e talvolta maleducato, hotel molto disorganizzato non provvisto del servizio navetta per la spiaggia che se si vuole si deve pagare di tasca propria. Il lido con cui è convenzionato l'hotel è piccolo e sprovvisto di doccia e per di più non coincide a quelle che sono le foto che si vedono sul sito. La cucina pessima veramente. Le stanze non sono male ma da migliorare la pulizia. Situato molto vicino al centro Absolutely not recommended. Staff not attentive to customer needs and sometimes rude, very disorganized hotel not provided with the shuttle service to the beach that if you want you have to pay out of your own pocket. The lido with which the hotel has an agreement is small and devoid of a shower and moreover it does not coincide with those that are the photos you see on the site. Really bad food. Il personale é molto gentile e disponibile per sopperire alle mancanze della struttura (carta igienica all'inizio mancante, corrente elettrica non funzionante, colazione abbastanza scarna, piscina non funzionante)...la seconda camera in cui ci hanno spostato era però davvero molto bella e di nuova ristrutturazione (1° piano)...la pulizia é stata buona e in mancanza della piscina funzionante in struttura si può usufruire gratuitamente di quella di altri alberghi della zona!!!! The hotel is newly refurbished, with the exception of the 3rd floor which was flooded during the stay. The staff is very kind and helpful to make up for the shortcomings of the structure (toilet paper missing at the beginning, electricity not working, breakfast quite sparse, swimming pool not working) ... the second room in which they moved us was really very nice. and newly renovated (1st floor) ... the cleaning was good and in the absence of the swimming pool in the structure you can use the one of other hotels in the area for free !!!!

Non vi fidate e leggete bene tutte le recensioni perché ce ne sono molte di pessime. E qui non valgono le risposte o le scuse (che il proprietario non fornisce mai, leggere per credere) della direzione: si tratta di un malcostume imperante per cui, ed è il caso del semplice pernottamento, viene offerta una camera ma poi si chiede di pagare "per" persona, senza offrire alcunché. Discarded before entering: "deceptive" offers and proposal of over 840 well after August for the overnight stay only! Do not trust and read all the reviews well because there are many bad ones. And here the answers or the apologies (which the owner never provides, read to believe) from the management are not valid: it is a prevailing malpractice for which, and in the case of a simple overnight stay, a room is offered but then you are asked to pay "per" person, without offering anything.

Personale molto cordiale, reception attiva 24h con persone molto disponibili e gentili nel dare tutte le informazioni necessarie per godere a pieno delle bellezze dell'isola durante il vostro soggiorno. Durante il mio soggiorno il reparto piscine termali non era attivo. La struttura sembra essere sempre in continuo rinnovo per migliorare i propri comfort. Sono soddisfatto del soggiorno e saluto caramente Raffaella della reception. Alla prossima! I stayed at this property from 08 August to 15 August 2021. Excellent value for money. Very friendly staff, 24h reception with very helpful and kind people in giving all the information you need to fully enjoy the beauties of the island during your stay. The thermal pools department was not active during my stay. The structure seems to be constantly being renovated to improve its comfort. I am satisfied with the stay and I warmly greet Raffaella from the reception. Until next time!
