★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura vecchia e fatiscente, camere arredate con mobili antichi e malmessi, pulizia scadente, biancheria con odore sgradevole. Alla reception personale non all'altezza, poco professionale e sgarbato. Non capisco come possa essere un 4 stelle . Un vero peccato... perché è posizionato nei pressi delle vie del centro di Ischia. Zona piscina esterna ed interna poco curata, vecchia, malfunzionante. Unica nota positiva, il personale di sala ed una buona cucina.
 Old and dilapidated structure, rooms furnished with antique and shabby furniture, poor cleaning, linen with an unpleasant smell. At the reception staff not up to par, unprofessional and rude. I don't understand how a 4 star can be. A real shame ... because it is located near the streets of the center of Ischia. Poorly maintained, old, malfunctioning outdoor and indoor pool area. The only positive note, the dining room staff and good food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale è stato sempre disponibile (tranne una persona ma evito di fare nomi) soprattutto il signore in sala con i capelli neri era veramente gentile, nulla da dire su questo ma l’albergo lascia veramente desiderare… Nella piscina termale sono state ritrovate delle belle sorprese (vi lascio immaginare) inoltre aveva una patina oleosa e il calcare (spero) sul fondo ciò significa che non veniva pulita molto bene, le camere non sono proprio come nelle foto, il phon un modello vecchissimo dove ho impiegato tantissimo tempo per asciugarmi i capelli, la doccia minuscola e la biancheria era macchiata ed emanava un cattivo odore. I prezzi della cucina sono esagerati e purtroppo non meritati per niente, era palesemente cibo già preparato e scongelato. La colazione buona, il frigobar presente nella stanza e anche l’aria condizionata funzionava bene. Questa struttura ha del potenziale deve soltanto essere rimodernata e curata un po’ di più, posizione ottima.
The staff was always available (except one person but I avoid naming names) especially the gentleman in the room with black hair was really kind, nothing to say about this but the hotel really leaves something to be desired ... In the thermal pool some beautiful ones have been found surprises (I let you imagine) also had an oily patina and the limestone (I hope) on the bottom this means that it was not cleaned very well, the rooms are not exactly like in the photos, the hairdryer is a very old model where I took a long time to dry the hair, tiny shower and linen was stained and smelled bad. The prices of the kitchen are exaggerated and unfortunately not deserved at all, it was clearly food already prepared and defrosted. The good breakfast, the minibar in the room and the air conditioning also worked well. This property has potential, it just needs to be refurbished and taken care of a little more, great location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little run down but very laid back and peaceful. The thermal pool is amazing! There is no Wi-Fi, no air con and no laundry service -- this contradicts the info on expedia and Google.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars for Michelle Albano and Sara.! The rest just one star. The rooms looks bad, tv dont work (just 4 channels all in italian) staff dont speak english, the food one day is ok, next day is werry bad, no ideea how this hotel get 4 star is a 2 star horel.!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my worst experience for the dinner. The food quality in restaurant was so bad. The thing that was written in the menu was not the food they brought. It had a bad smell in the meat. We left the table without touvhing the food but they charged us even with extra cost! We are sent and there by hotel delfini. Instead the quality of their Terme and Terme facilities was awesome.

I've never had such a bad experience in my entire life, the hotel needs serious refurbishing, furniture is old (maybe from the 70s), air-conditioning non-existent or broken, blinds can't be fully closed, towels are worn and full of not identified spots, some rooms are missing basic necessities such as fridges and toilet brush. Food at the restaurant was mediocre at best, oily and just thrown on a plate, breakfast non existent. Thermal baths was dirty and full of sand, I was truly concerned about my personal hygiene and safety all along. Staff is clearly underpaid and definitely not trained to 4 star hotel standard. Not to mention that not once but twice, maid cleaning the room forgot the door open (literally open, not just unlocked) so anyone could've walked in and taken our stuff.
Awful. The hotel is now called isola Verde, I bet they changed the name to try and run away from all the bad reviews associated to the old name (parco verde) that I didn't know at the time of the booking. Pics from the website can't be more deceiving, I feel I've been scammed.
