In den 80er Jahren stehen geblieben super netter Service. Gute Reinigung. Keine weiblichen Angestellten, extrem schade. Therme und Hotel sind finanziell getrennt. Ebenfalls kleiner Nachteil. Zu wenige Massagetermine für alle Gäste. Etc etc
Stuck in the 80s super nice service. Good cleaning. But the house is fact old. The crockery, e.g. a cup, is almost porous at the edge of the cup. When the service car was pushed at breakfast, you saw what ancient steel looked like and sounded like. Very, very, very manageable breakfast and therefore extremely boring. No female employees, extremely unfortunate. The thermal baths and the hotel are financially separate. Also small disadvantage. Too few massage appointments for all guests. Etc etc

Hotel Parco Aurora is a pleasant but dated hotel in Ischia which is rated as 4 stars. We spent a week there last month; Our hotel room was clean and comfortable, the pool facilities were nice and the staff were friendly. However, the hotel falls down badly in certain areas – the breakfast served is probably the worst we’ve had in Italy at a 4 star hotel. Cheap and low quality breakfast items are served daily without change– Bread – the same one Italian style bread and 1 cheap white bread for toast every day Cheese – only 1 unappetising ‘yellow’ cheese and 1 white cheese that never varied Juice – no Fresh juice, but cheap sweet orange and grapefruit juice Fresh fruit – oranges and apples. Summer fruits such as peaches, apricots, grapes, etc were non-existant Canned fruit – same mixture of cheap canned fruit everyday Yogurt – served up in 1 big bowl that everybody took from, no individual containers Croissants – looked like they were left over from previous days Tomatoes – were not sliced, but placed whole in a bowl everyday No olives, cucumbers or other fresh vegetables Cake – left overs from the previous night’s dinner servings A couple of dry breads in industrial paper wrappers Scrambled eggs were removed 15 minutes every day before the end of breakfast? – why? Etc The hotel also falls down on the bathroom cosmetics – the only cosmetic apparent is cheap shampoo in cheap small envelopes. Soap quality is also very poor. It’s a pity that the hotel has to cheapen itself with the poor breakfast and cheap cosmetics. Regretfully, what could be a 4 star hotel is unfortunately a 2.5 star at best

Rooms are great, outdoor pools as well, breakfast could be with more varieties. There is no scrambled egg, but you can boil yourself, that seems somehow odd to expect from four star hotel. Staff is very kind, their clients are mostly Italian and German speekimg and it clearly shows in communication. ?

Nice and clean, good atmosphere. More for elder persons, swimming pools are nice and clean and so is the sauna. The food is ok, not great- Italy is known for the coffee, this one is not good. Service is great but lots if improvement on food.

The staff were wonderful, food was good but repetitive, AC would not cool our room well and was hot at night, asked twice to get it fixed, no luck. Internet was too slow and only available near front desk. Hotel pools were full of mold and hard water build up, water was cloudy. No towels for pool or spa, bring your own. Long walk to their beach area. Thermal pools required a $5 per person taxi ride to reach, but well worth it. Room was clean, except for water glasses which appeared soiled with hair inside one glass. Would rate it a single star, except that the staff were so great and the thermal pools amazing.
