I	Isobel Robertson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent seven days with my partner at this wonderful hotel a great location just off the main areas between the Port and the Castle Set between lush manicured gardens and two relaxing outdoor pools Just 30min walk depending how fit you are to the Port via Vittoria Collonna and the Castle Argonese. Clean spacious quiet room with great views thank you to Maria for keeping our room spotless. Also special thanks to all the staff in the restaurant Francisco and especially our waiters Ghianni Ferderico Alessandro Antonio and of course Gino at the bar. The menu was plentiful varied and delicious loved it when the Chef personally made omelettes at the weekend Thanks to Marco and all the staff at reception for your help and information not forgetting the ladies in the Spa I had a wonderful massage and relax in the pool very soothing All in all I could have stayed here forever thank you to everyone sorry I could not name you all but you made our stay so perfect this was customer service at its best can't wait to return !!

Everything was perfect: the location, just a stone's thrown from the city center; the room, with the balcony and a panoramic view of the Castle; the staff that was friendly, helpful and absolutely professional; and last but not the least, the food at dinner which was delicious, with local food and dishes. The hotel has two outdoor pools and one indoor thermal pool, with spa. You can use the pool and the sauna for free and have massages and other beauty treatments at an extra cost. The location is great, you can have a walk at night on the main Corso and have something to drink without having to take the car. I can't find any remarkable downsides, but if I had to mention something, I'd say that some areas of the hotel and the rooms need some renovation. And that if you are looking for an hotel that is close to the beach, well, this is not the place for you. It was good value for the money, I'd absolutely recommend this hotel and I'll come back here for sure. A special thanks goes to Lorenzo, whose kindness was priceless.

However, staff lovely, especially Marco the concierge who went out of his way to make your stay enjoyable. Thermal waters great! 15 minute walk to great restaurants and shops.

Pleasant staff. Grounds were well maintained. Bus stop close by. We enjoyed receptionist Marco for his sense of humor, recommendations and attentiveness. Wifi is spotty except in common areas.
B	Bright Spark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoyed our stay. Some of the rooms need updating, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were good too, lovely pools and spa, where we had some relaxing treatments. Live music most evenings but mainly Italian, and a very handsome, funny bar man. This pic is the artwork from our room, they have similar artwork in every room. Would go back again.

J	Jackie Ianni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place to stay. They accommodated an early check in, we waited at the pool bar and enjoyed beers and snacks for a few minutes. The room was spacious and clean, with a gorgeous view of the lower pool and Castle Argonese from the balcony. There is a secure safe for valuables. Breakfast was included in our rate and was good. We enjoyed both pools, the aloe walk, and the chairs very much. Great place to relax - would stay again!
e	enza giura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An awful experience The food(dinner) was quite cheap and not fresh. Water and wine were overpriced. All the stairs are very slippery and not safe at all. They are made of marble and so wet since they are close to the pools, not provider by rough lines.I had an accident falling on them and the hotel's landlord didn't give me any support so I had to take a taxi to go from the hospital back to the hotel and I had to buy some supports to walk on my own. The owner was very rude,she told me it was my fault and didn't show up until I asked to talk with her. Their unexistent collaboration ruined the rest of the days of my vacation. So I suggest to not get hurt in this hotel .Pay attention also on the balcony since the ceiling falls out. Many of the services offered don't exist for example the tennis field and then the massages at the SPA are made by people not well trained. The pools ,the breakfast and the kindness of the staff were good at least. They were quite embarassed for the service offered.
