Camere pulite. Ringraziamo anche Vincenzo che con la sua navetta e la sua esperienza ci scarrozzava in spiaggia e tutto lo staff, reception, centro benessere tutti. Grazie ancora infinitamente per la piacevole settimana. Poi Ischia è un isola incantevole come non apprezzarla. Il personale dell'Hotel è veramente professionale e sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Un grazie al Direttore Sig. Di Meglio e a tutti i collaboratori che lavorano alla reception. Grazie al Sig. Salvatore sempre pronto per risolvere ogni imprevisto. Grazie allo staff dei camerieri. Grazie al Sig. Fiore che si occupa della pulizia della camere, sempre pulite e ordinate. L'hotel lo consiglio per passare una bellissima e rilassante vacanza. We returned for the second year to this Hotel because we like it very much. The characteristic of this hotel makes you feel at home. The hotel staff is truly professional and always ready to satisfy any request. Thanks to the Director Mr. Di Meglio and to all the collaborators who work at the reception. Thanks to Mr. Salvatore always ready to solve any unexpected. Thanks to the wait staff. Thanks to Mr. Fiore who takes care of cleaning the rooms, always clean and tidy. I recommend the hotel for a beautiful and relaxing holiday.
A	Alessia Bergamo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel 4 stelle ma informale, la spa è ben organizzata, i dipendenti per i trattamenti sono gentili e professionali, molto puntuali. Le creme sono molto buone. Il servizio ristorazione propone cibo abbastanza buono, serata ischitana col coniglio è eccezionale, la musica proposta con musicisti locali merita un plauso. La frutta va migliorata, troppo aspra con la frutta di stagione a disposizione va rivista. La colazione è servita secondo le norme Covid, il cameriere serve ciò che il cliente desidera. Il caffè non è a livello, le macchine non sono appropriate ad un 4 stelle. Piscine pulite, il tuttofare controlla il regolare uso di lettini ed ombrelloni e l'uso della cuffia, non sempre adeguato nella comunicazione gentile. Camera standard con lenzuola non sostituite a metà settimana, lho trovata una pecca essendo settimana di agosto calda. Asciugamani sempre sostituiti giornalmente. La cameriera è stata molto gentile ma purtroppo per la motivazione della mancanza di personale ha fatto la stanza 3gg su 7,erano privilegiate le stanze superiori. Nel complesso positivo ma alcuni servizi vanno migliorati. L'accoglienza è stata buona, con illustrati i soliti orari pasti ma per chi è la prima volta in quella zona andrebbero illustrati meglio i servizi esterni come fermata bus, la direzione autobus, possibilità di trascorrere ed organizzare le serate dato che l'hotel è fuorimano. Per raggiungere Ischia occorrono 25 min in bus, oltre attese alla fermata. e spesso è pieno autobus in agosto. 4 star hotel but informal, the spa is well organized, the employees for the treatments are kind and professional, very punctual. The creams are very good. The restaurant service offers fairly good food, the Ischia evening with the rabbit is exceptional, the music proposed with local musicians deserves praise. The fruit must be improved, too sour with the seasonal fruit available must be reviewed. Breakfast is served according to Covid rules, the waiter serves what the customer wants. The coffee is not at the level, the machines are not appropriate for a 4 star. Clean pools, the handyman checks the regular use of sunbeds and umbrellas and the use of caps, not always adequate in polite communication. Standard room with sheets not replaced in the middle of the week, I found it a flaw being hot August week. Towels always replaced daily. The maid was very kind but unfortunately for the reason of the lack of staff she made the room 3 days out of 7, the upper rooms were privileged. Overall positive but some services need improvement. The welcome was good, with the usual meal times illustrated but for those who are the first time in that area the external services should be better illustrated such as bus stop, bus direction, possibility to spend and organize the evenings since the hotel is out of the way. To reach Ischia it takes 25 minutes by bus, besides waiting at the stop. and it is often full bus in August.

Prenotare il parcheggio privato perché lasciare la macchina in zona è un problema. Pulizia top. Bravi! Hotel with indoor thermal pool, free shuttle service to the beach. Friendly staff and excellent restaurant. Book private parking because leaving your car in the area is a problem. Top cleaning. Well done!

La sala ben curata e le portate sono gustose con molta varietà di alimenti freschi e di pescato locale. L'albergo gode di una buona posizione con vista sul mare e sull' isola di Sant'Angelo....! La maggior parte delle camere hanno affaccio sulla parte che da sul mare con balconcino privato e da qui si possono osservare tramonti pittoreschi! Inoltre ci sono i parcheggi per le auto e la navetta che porta alla vicina spiaggia dei Maronti dove si può usufruire del servizio spiaggia. Inoltre ci sono ben due piscine ed il solarium dove trascorrere qualche ora a bordo piscina sorseggiando anche qualcosa di fresco! Inoltre si possono fare in privato o in convenzione ASL ciré inalatorie o fangoterapia. C'è anche il entro benessere dove potersi rilassare tra le coccole delle mani esperte delle addette al reparto. Tramite il bus 5 o con una camminata di 25 minuti si può raggiungere la spiaggia molto bella è servita da numerosi lidi e ristoranti. Il servizio del ristorante , del bar e della reception è ottimo con personale molto gentili e disponibili. la piscina esterna ed interna riscaldata sono piacevoli la sauna invece è permeata di un odore acre e poco invitante. Nel complesso l'hotel è da ritenersi una buona location andrebbe migliorato il servizio di colazione come quantità e scelta.
