β β β β β We stayed here for a conference and in general were happy with the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the reception is very helpful and friendly. However the food supplied for both the conference dinner and breakfast were sub-par. Lunch was better, but inconsistent too, however this is often the case for buffets. This may be different for the proper restaurant though as the bar is very good, both for coffee during the day and cocktails in the evening!

β β β β β Beautiful location, with great facilities. The swimming pools and the park is wonderful. The room was very good and I enjoyed very much the environment (small buildings with nice gardens). The service was ok. The maitre and the people at the reception were excellent. Some of the personnel were annoyed but the general impression is positive.
The only problems I had were with the music until 1 a.m. (I was there for working reasons and would like to sleep) and with other guests of the hotel (there was a meeting of some women association: some of them were really unpolite).

β β β β β Nice and cozy hotel. A bit away from the center. Kind and friendly stuff. Very knowledgeable concierge. Good thermal spa center, however closes too early (7 pm). Several swimming pools. Decent breakfast with excellent coffee.

β β β β β The room never got below 84F and was frequently hotter! Complaints to front desk that the a/c wasn't functioning properly were taken but not acted on. Ants were in our room and all over our beds on the last night. The beds were way too hard.. I had to make requests for things like pillows that should have been provided with at this quality of a hotel. Other people had rooms that were fine. I left with extremely painful heat rashes. I would stay in the front office area to escape the heat. I was miserable! We literally soaked and wrung out our sheets and tried to sleep under them to get relief from the hot.

β β β β β It could have been excellent. Wonderful hotel and faciluties. Not a holiday venue, more a two day spa venue. Food served cold on a number of occasions and had to be returned. Lots of steps everywhere. Not good if you are not fit. Difficult with cases. If English not many speak it. Its an Italian hotel for Italian business people or spa visitors. Not suitable for children. Given 3 stars for architecture, thermal pools and gardens. 5 stars for chambermaid and Jorges Andres our waiter

β β β β β I highly recommend this hotel. You will have the complete italian experience! The staff is always ready to help and really kind. The rooms are clean and cozy. The whole hotel area is beautiful with the three swimming pools, many plants and nice architecture. On top of that the food and service was great and we always felt very welcome.

β β β β β Take care: We received a voucher for a stay that could not take place due to the pandemic. But later the hotel claims they never issued any voucher to us! On May 24th the hotel claimed in writing that it did not even know the voucher - but later, when we asked to book a larger room (with a surcharge, of course) they suddenly remembered the voucher and offered us to withdraw it from the room rate.
Understandably we are now no longer interested to stay at this hotel. We feel betrayed! What happens to our money now? We payed 554 Euros in advande. So be careful!
