Qualità del cibo 100 Cosa dire della direzione se non bene il nostro mini gruppo aveva una prenotazione per 13 pensione completa.ma uno dei nostri e stato costretto ad anticipare la partenza la Direzione ha fatto pagare solo i giorni di effettiva presenza .che signore Grazie ci ritorniamo.. Professionalità, cordialità e trattamento super dalla prenotazione al call center alla partenza. In vacanza con la mia compagna non potevamo scegliere destinazione più bella (Ischia è un'isola meravigliosa e tutta da scoprire dal mare limpidissimo alle colline piene di verde!) e ospitalità più accogliente e calorosa. Personale gentilissimo e preparato (mia moglie è francese e ha apprezzato moltissimo la possibilità di dialogare dalla portineria alla sala ristorante alla SPA nella sua lingua in maniera fluente). Abbiamo fatto amicizia con altri ospiti "stranieri", inglesi e olandesi, tutti felicissimi della loro vacanza. Ci siamo sentiti a casa, coccolati nella bellissima SPA del Re Ferdinando (consiglio il massaggio di coppia). La camera molto spaziosa e pulitissima. Colazione continentale a 5 stelle e il ristorante a la carte veramente buono. Siamo entusiasti di tutto e non vediamo l'ora di tornare dopo aver scoperto l'isola d'Ischia. 7 giorni indimenticabili! Grazie di cuore a tutto il team del Re Ferdinando ma un grazie particolare a Giuseppe della Portineria che ha avuto la pazienza di spiegarci in un ottimo francese cosa fare e vedere ad Ischia (tantissimo!!!), al maitre Sig. Petrillo e a Francesca della SPA che ci ha viziati dal primo all'ultimo giorno. A presto Ischia! September 2020 in Ischia at the Re Ferdinando hotel: how wonderful !!! Professionalism, friendliness and super treatment from booking to the call center on departure. On holiday with my partner we could not choose a more beautiful destination (Ischia is a wonderful island to be discovered from the crystal clear sea to the hills full of greenery!) And more welcoming and warm hospitality. Very kind and well-trained staff (my wife is French and she really appreciated the possibility of communicating fluently from the concierge to the restaurant at the SPA in her language). We made friends with other "foreign" guests, English and Dutch, all very happy with their holiday. We felt at home, pampered in the beautiful SPA of King Ferdinand (I recommend the couple's massage). The room was very spacious and spotless. 5 star continental breakfast and really good a la carte restaurant. We are excited about everything and we can't wait to return after discovering the island of Ischia. 7 unforgettable days! Heartfelt thanks to all the King Ferdinand team but a special thanks to Giuseppe della Portineria who had the patience to explain in excellent French what to do and see in Ischia (a lot !!!), to the maitre Mr. Petrillo and to Francesca della SPA that spoiled us from the first to the last day. Tutto organizzato, cucina e ristorante sempre a 5, le cure termali e centri estetici fra le più migliori. E tutto questo un cornice di mare, il cielo blu e tanti alberi di limoni e aranci. Anche le offerte e molto convenienti Many years later I went to Ischia in "Dimhotels" hotels. I always find myself at home. Cozy environment. Everything organized, kitchen and restaurant always at 5 , spa treatments and beauty centers among the best. And all this a frame of the sea, the blue sky and many lemon and orange trees. The offers are also very affordable

Ho soggiornato in molte di queste strutture e non posso far altro che invitarvi a prenotare. Sono un gruppo serio sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni singola richiesta da parte degli ospiti, professionali. Scoprite ischia tramite loro, vi assicuro non rimarrete delusi!!!! I absolutely recommend choosing this chain to spend the holidays. I have stayed in many of these structures and I can only invite you to book. They are a serious group always ready to satisfy every single request from professional guests. Discover Ischia through them, I assure you you will not be disappointed !!!!

Un albergo bellissimo, immerso in oasi verde di pace e tranquillità, nonostante si trovi in pieno centro, dal quale si può raggiungere ogni punto dell isola, sia in auto che con i mezzi pubblici. Ideale per trascorrere una vacanza all insegna della cura del proprio corpo, visto che è dotato di una SPA superlativa, con grande piscina sia interna che esterna, multisale per TV, gioco , lettura. Baby parking, bar, enormi spaziesterni ed interni . Ottimo punto di partenza per escursioni in tutta l'isola e possibilità di raggiungere il centro con una navetta anche se a piedi si può farlo in dieci minuti. Excellent value for money. A week pampered by the restaurant manager with an unusual courtesy. Cozy rooms and impeccable cleanliness. Excellent starting point for excursions around the island and the possibility of reaching the center with a shuttle even if you can do it on foot in ten minutes.
