They never answer the phone, and when they do they put you on hold for 10 minutes, then eventually hang up the phone. Customers service value -0 !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollten Geld am Automaten abheben, haben aber nie etwas ausgezahlt bekommen obwohl die Abbuchung hätte "erfolgreich" als wir dann endlich einen der Mitarbeiter zufassen bekommen haben, teilte dieser uns im gebrochenen Englisch mit dass der Automaten außer betrieb? Obwohl etliche Kunden nach uns Geld abgehoben haben.
Wanted to withdraw money from the machine, but never got anything paid out although the debit would have been "successful" when we finally got hold of one of the employees, did he tell us in broken English that the machine was out of order? Although a number of customers withdrew money after us.

Ho un conto corrente da quando era banca di Roma oggi a mio avviso restano solo le macerie di quella che fu una grande banca
