Ma tutto il resto scadente, biancheria vecchia, mobili vecchi e sporchi in camera in bagno entravano quasi i piccioni da una finestra squallidissima, cibo scadente. Abbiamo pagato poco ma.......ma basta poco per lasciare soddisfatti i clienti oltre che la gentilezza!!!! Bravissima la sign Concetta un massaggio perfetto in una location ?? . Unica soddisfazione ci siamo comunque goduti una Ischia stupenda. Probabilmente miglioreranno visto che è in ristrutturazione , per adesso 4 stelle è veramente tanto. E non fidatevi delle foto. The staff were very kind and helpful. But everything else poor, old linen, old and dirty furniture in the room in the bathroom almost pigeons entered from a dingy window, poor food. We paid little but ....... but it doesn't take much to leave customers satisfied as well as kindness !!!! The sign Concetta is very good, a perfect massage in a location ??. The only satisfaction, however, we enjoyed a wonderful Ischia. They will probably improve as it is under renovation, for now 4 stars is really a lot. And don't trust the photos.

Arredi scadenti, letti scomodi e cucina da mensa. Old and neglected hotel. Definitely not four stars. Surrounded by construction nets and bricklayer's buckets, construction noise even on Sundays. Poor furniture, uncomfortable beds and canteen kitchen.

La cucina e buona e tutti sono estremamente gentili e ti fanno sentire come a casa. I can't give my best because there would be a little improvement in the structure in some situations but leaving the charm of the old hotel. The food is good and everyone is extremely kind and makes you feel at home.

Tutto è vecchio, sporco e non funzionante, anche l’acqua calda nella doccia non raggiunge una temperatura adeguata. Letto scomodissimo, arredi vecchi e malandati, bagno vergognoso. Delusione totale considerato che è un 4 stelle. Bad stay, the photos on the website do not correspond in the least to what the structure is in reality. Varietà 0 ai proprietari della struttura voglio dirvi: migliorate la cucina!!! Siamo dovuti uscire per mangiare qlcs di decente ...e poi ricordate i bimbi va fatto un menù a parte!!! I forgot breakfast with a croissant mignon yogurt coffee or orange juice ... Variety 0 to the owners of the structure I want to tell you: improve the kitchen !!! Completamente fuorvianti le foto sul sito, l’albergo è al limite del fatiscente, tutte le sue parti o non funzionano o sono aggredite dalla ruggine o sono rotte. Muri rattoppati e scalcinati, specchio in camera rovinato, lavandino sbeccato, phon da puro antiquariato, cicche ritrovate ovunque, terme non funzionanti. Tutto è decadente, approssimato, non c’è un arredo che non sia più che da gettare. Tenetevi molto lontano. One wonders how a 4-star can be classified. The photos on the site are completely misleading, the hotel is on the verge of dilapidation, all its parts either don't work or are attacked by rust or are broken. Walls patched and chipped, mirror in the room ruined, washbasin chipped, hairdryer from pure antiques, butts found everywhere, spas not working. Everything is decadent, approximate, there is no furniture that is no more than to be thrown away. Keep very far away.

La cucina e il servizio di sala è pessima e scadente, soprattutto nella qualità del cibo. La Wii fii non era funzionante, insetti e formiche in camera idromassaggio e piscine non funzionanti nel fine settimana.
