★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel a tre stelle non di più : le due piscine esterne sono molto piccole come la hall. C'è poca attenzione alla pulizia negli spazi comuni mentre le camere sono ben pulite. Senza alcun dubbio posizione strategica per chi vuole stare vicino alla zona di Ischia porto e vicino al mare(a pochi passi) senza necessità di auto . Personale molto disponibile alle esigenze dei clienti e ottima colazione .
 Three-star hotel no more: the two outdoor pools are very small like the lobby. There is little attention to cleanliness in the common areas while the rooms are well cleaned. Without a doubt a strategic position for those who want to stay close to the Ischia Porto area and near the sea (a few steps away) without the need for a car. Staff very helpful to customer needs and excellent breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grazioso albergo sul mare con piscine di acqua termale, preriscaldata e non, disponibile per tutti i clienti insieme ai lettini ma con la pecca di non avere molto spazio e lettini per accontentare tutti. Poi, purtroppo, ci sono sempre coloro che fin dalla mattina presto occupano con i teli... Questo dovrebbero vietarlo!
Le strutture per le spiagge, sottostanti, non sono dell'albergo ma sono convenzionate. È possibile fare un bagno in mare e usufruire dei lettini che trovi in piscina. Servizio in piscina per un caffè o per uno spuntino. Ristoranti dei lido a due passi. Camera dignitosa con i confort di rito. Gestione tranquilla ed educati. Siamo stati bene.
Nice hotel on the sea with pools of thermal water, preheated and not, available to all customers together with the sun beds but with the flaw of not having much space and sun beds to please everyone. Then, unfortunately, there are always those who occupy themselves with towels since early morning ... This should be forbidden!
The facilities for the beaches, below, are not of the hotel but have an agreement. You can take a swim in the sea and take advantage of the sun loungers you find in the pool. Pool service for a coffee or snack. Lido restaurants within walking distance. Decent room with the usual comforts. Quiet and polite management. We have been fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo Arrivati il giorno 5/09/2021 complesso Bello difronte mare camera standard con gentilezza abbiamo avuto un trattamento positivo sulla camera al piano vista mare con qualche difetto rubinetteria vecchiotta , doccia …!! Abbiamo trovato biancheria mal odorante capi vecchi sfilacciati inteso asciugamani. La colazione stanne giorno 8 settembre un disastro organizzazione 0 non vado nei particolari . Pensavamo un servizio più efficiente secondo noi non è 4 stelle .
We arrived on 5/09/2021 Nice complex in front of the sea standard room with kindness we had a positive treatment on the room on the sea view floor with some defects old taps, shower ... !! We found badly smelling old frayed linen including towels. Breakfast on September 8th day a disaster organization 0 I do not go into details. We thought more efficient service in our opinion is not 4 stars.
