★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad experience with this company and the shipper that they used. I thought that I found a good deal on a high priced item. Purchased the item and they shipped through DHL. DHL states that the packaged was delivered, although I never received it and now the company is no where to be found to assist in the quest of locating the package from DHL. DHL is saying I must contact shipper. But they aren't responding nor can I get them on the phone. Meanwhile I am out of $950 usd and no merchandise. Be careful if you are ordering from the US. Grifo210 should be more mindful in regards to the shippers they choose to do business with and place insurance on expensive packages.
