★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved our stay in this beautiful, luxurious hotel with an outstanding team of professionals, who made sure that we would get whatever we needed. The bathrooms and mattresses seem a bit outdated indeed, but we did not spend much time in the room anyways, so it did not matter to us. The big pool area, the views, the food, the service... all this was so wonderful, that the small flaws did not taint my overall experience and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An absolutely stunning hotel with beautiful and very relaxing thermal pools and a very supportive and helpful staff!
We didn't like the room, we were looking some something quiet but it was right above the restaurant and the piano bar, area and the hotel allowed us to move to another (better) room for free!
In the package there is included a discount for the negombo park a d free access to the San Montano Beach. They have a shuttle service as well to forth and back from the beach and from Lacco Ameno.
Absolutely worth!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for our honeymoon and it is absolutely perfect. Fantastic location, great facilities and the staff are absolutely superb and help any way they can. We have half board for breakfast and dinner and the breakfast buffet has all you could wish for. Dinners are superb and prepared by their in house chef, which includes 3 courses and buffet to start. There are 7 pools, ranging from infinity pools and thermal pools to the 2 main pools. There are plenty of sun loungers and it has never been crowded so you can sit and relax all day. Rooms are good, but small, as are most in Italy, but you'll hardly use them as you'll be out in the sun all day. They are kept clean and made well. The hotel offers a shuttle service to town all day too so getting to town or the beach and thermal pool park is no trouble. The only minor issue is they do not provide water and since you will need a lot throughout the day you will have to spend 4.50 on bottles each time, but this minor issue doesn't change the fact that this is paradise in virtually every way possible. Can't wait to come back! Superb!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend this resort. From the start the hospitality has been welcoming with friendly staff. Great spa facilities available for the guests to use. Numerous thermal pools for guests to enjoy in the sun, with a lifeguard on site to cater for towels and any requirements needed for sun loungers. Breakfast has a good selection of meats, cheese, cereals, breads, pastry and fruit. The rooms are comfortable however could be larger. Room service occurs twice a day with a good night chocolate. We have no complaints coming to this resort for our anniversary. Overall a great stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional! We booked this last minute as the first resort we checked into was a major disappointment. San Montano was incredible! The views are magical, the pools were relaxing, our dinner was superb (try the lobster with linguini and the cheesecake), the pizza by the pool was great, but even better than the food was the service! Their team was welcoming, friendly and went above and beyond. We were flying back to the US following our stay here so it was also a bonus that we could do our covid test on site. We were very pleased and will be referring the resort to our friends and family!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service and hospitality was exceptional. The breakfast buffet was very generous and delicious. The thermal pools are some of the best I've ever seen, especially given all the multiple locations for some privacy. Bedding surrounded by lemon trees in Scenic view create very relaxing atmosphere.
