T	Thaismina Knnedy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was great! The room was cleaned by super caring cleaners that will 100% make you feel at home. The rooms are spacious enough, with a wardrobe, tv, fridge, balcony with amazing views to the houses up the mountain of the island, and the staff will do everything to help you in all you need. They have a small sauna, indoors Turkish bath for all guest with bubbles and they offer massages and all that type of treatment. I didn't get any of those because... kind of expensive. The beach is 3-5 min walk from the hotel, And there is a supermarket 5 min away which helped a lot in case you only get bed and breakfast. Forio is 20 min walk away and it is filled up with markets and small shops. Gooooo, I had an amazing time in Ischia
d	deborah pearce on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Curiously, the credit card deposit that we were required to leave was taken as payment days before we arrived. Perhaps this should have alerted us to the fact that something was up, but we were busy - preparing for our holiday! The place was clean (you could smell the cleaning fluids - over anything else), but 'basic' doesn't really cover how shabby and rundown the property is. Our 'room' was a little off site, and local families were also in the building. Which felt really odd and not very holiday-ish at all, as they're just going about their every day lives - doing homework and doing their washing etc (all well and good, just not what you expect from a 'hotel'). The food was indescribably poor. Floppy overcooked veg, and a tiny buffet. Having viewed the fare we decided to try and find somewhere else to eat and happened upon another hotel. It was so much nicer that we decided to cut our losses and move. But when we (very nicely and kindly) explained that we were going to go (we even came up with a cover story of having bumped in to friends, in order to spare feelings) we were told that they would only refund us one day of our 3 day booking. We'd been there for 3 hours! They shouldn't even have had the money at this stage as it was only meant to be a deposit! Watch out for these guys. They weren't surprised when we left (like it happens a lot) and had covered themselves by having us sign (as you do) at reception when we got our keys, a slip that verified them taking the payment upfront. Dodgy dodgy dodgy!

We were unexpectelly guests of an external dependence....and we had to cross the street to access to the restaurant and the bar. The bathroom was not well manained, with furniture in bad conditions , wifi often not working, room small and not at 4 stars level. In the room we had a castel bed without stairs to Access. Hot Swimming pool in unmaintained conditions. Overall impression was a little bit dirty.
A	Anne Hewitt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a 4star by a long way first night they took us to a phone box other side of the pool but moved us no hassle think they try in on, waiters and staff very friendly but finding someone in the bar is like finding a yeti. Now we get to the food if you like cake round square, oblong or any other shape this is the hotel for you in other word naff and they don't change the cakes just put them on another plate but as you can we survived. On the other hand didn't pay a lot for the holiday so give it a crack lovely island. That's all folks
T	Ty Powell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the best time here. It was clean, friendly and relaxed. Plus the staff were really sweet and kind. The food was awesome yum, along with the wine. It was a perfect spot also, where you could reach the hotspots on the island via the CD CS buses, in which the bus stop was at the end of the road and it was also a short walk to a small beach with a few lovely bars.
m	maria atanasova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello! I had the pleasure of relaxing at this hotel from 2.06 to 8.06. Everything was perfect, cleanliness was high, food delicious, staff magnificent. I enjoyed a real holiday, the beach is 7 minutes from the hotel, but the hotel has itself pool and its a charming. Thank you very much for good attitude and attention. The hotel also offers exceptionally white wine, a relaxing atmosphere and many other pleasant things. Once again- thank you!??
J	Janet Davis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location - maybe not a 4 * but a good 3* Food ok but desert no choice. Staff are lovely good humoured but not many of them they work very hard. We had a room near the pool which was lovely location but small and lacked storage and bathroom extremely small!! Overall this is a small hotel and we had a good stay everywhere clean and ideal for a short break. We understand that they are gradually renovating in lots of areas.
