β β β β β Our best overall experience in ischia. The staff is so enviting and welcoming... our kids love it here.. but thanks to my wife and her italian we are able to enjoy this hotel since I can not get very far with my english and very limited italian... one day I will learn italian! But 5+ stars to this hotel and their amazing caring staff

β β β β β Well, it really a nice place, the environment is always warm and quiet, food quality is the best, u get to eat all that you want, also the rooms are clean and the last was the surprise birthday cake the hotel prepared for me on my birthday. Will definitely return again next year, I say a big thank you from the family of Tomei to each and everyone there. ?β€οΈ?

β β β β β I cannot say enough of how amazing my experience was at this hotel. The owner of the hotel was more than hospitable and really took the time to make sure everyone was having a good experience, had everything they needed and more. I highly recommend staying here. The pools are amazing, as is the view over looking the sea. They have shuttles to take you places if you need and it is very kid friendly. In fact, because there is so much for the kids to do, it makes it very peaceful for adults :) The staff was always friendly and accommodating, the servers got to know us and really took care of us at breakfast and dinner. The island itself is so gorgeous, I loved that it wasn't as touristy as Capri but still had so much to do. Can't wait to go back one day!

β β β β β Very good the mini club 5 stars for that also very good food but... the guy running the mini bus did not care at all about any Covid regulation putting more people on the bus than seats.. this was not great considering that the hotel actually had a second bus but they save money on the second driver. The staff is very nice except for the maitre. He was extremely rude and ignorant the first day shouting at restaurants clients if the wanted a coffe.. in his opinion they should have gone to the bar.. the rest of the week he was very pushy and annoying walking around without being any value... same apply to the staff on the private beach ( a 2 by 2 peace of beach) they were there standing like bouncersaround you all the time. Overall the hotel was good nice facility a bit outdated not sure why 4 stars...

β β β β β My loved Man I spent two amazing weeks in this fantastic hotel. Special thanks to the personnel for being friendly, hospitable and smiling all the time?... Down in the restaurant works absolutely fantastic restaurant manager and cooks. The food was delicious!
Above-mentioned I want to emphasize the cleanliness of the hotel and location, the view from the balcony is unforgettable with gorgeous sunsets!!!
