★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inizio col dire che il cibo non abbiamo avuto l’onore di provarlo essendo avuto mancanza di personale, la colazione molto povera del tipo: cappuccino molto acquoso, cornetti solo vuoti e molto secchi, yogurt a breve scadenza.riguardo la stanza pessima, mobili presi dal castello aragonese letto “matrimoniale” diviso in due lettini, acqua calda, fredde non c’era esistenza senza balcone e un affacciata con panorama sulle casse di bottiglie.
Riguardo piscina e spa l’acqua era molto oliosa, te la sentivi proprio addosso, per non parlare degli insetti.
Mancanza di personale, la sera quando tornavi ci stava una tastierina con codice per entrare, senza guardiano e senza nessuno dietro la reception, ieri sera mi sono trovato verso le 00:30 una signora nell’hotel che non sapeva dove andare, un pericolo per tutti può entrare chiunque.
Che dire là struttura è molto bella ma hanno parecchie cose da aggiustare e potrebbe fare molto.
Molte persone si sono lamentate, deluse e spero che provvedano alla sistemazione di tutto perché è un peccato.

What about the structure is very nice but they have a lot of things to fix and could do a lot.
Many people have complained, disappointed and I hope they arrange everything because it is a shame.

Purtroppo la struttura ha creato molti problemi I quali scarsa pulizia , partendo dalla piscina alla ristorazione . Poi dalla mancanza di acqua o se c’era era molto calda Da non poter farsi la doccia . E alla scarsa qualità del cibo . Fortunatamente ci hanno trovato una soluzione facendoci mangiare al (BAR GINO GIÙ CASAMICCIOLA molto buono )
Spero che la direzione legga queste ultime recensioni per far fronte a queste grandi problematiche che fanno di una struttura scarsa in quanto può dare tanto.

Sono qui da tre giorni, ho prenotato con la mezza pensione che, ho subito abolito dopo la prima cena, perché quel poco che è arrivato era immangiabile. Sono tre giorni che non riusciamo a farci una doccia perché dai rubinetti esce acqua bollente (problemi con tubature). C è sporco dappertutto, sulla piscina, nei giardini, è letteralmente abbandonato. Sconsiglio vivamente

I have been here for three days, I booked with half board which I immediately abolished after the first dinner, because what little that arrived was inedible. We haven't been able to take a shower for three days because boiling water comes out of the taps (problems with plumbing). Condizioni igieniche precarie!
Per tutta la settimana non abbiamo avuto acqua fredda e siamo stati costretti a lavarci con acqua bollente! Alla reception ci dicevano ogni giorno che avrebbero riparato l’impianto al più presto e che più di tanto non potevano fare!
Personale di sala scortese e impreparato.
Colazioni pessime e scadenti.
Unica volta che volevamo usare il servizio spa si sentiva puzza di bruciato e le condizioni igienico/sanitarie erano pessime!
La Camera da letto matrimoniale consisteva in due letti singoli attaccati.
L’acqua della piscina sempre sporca, nessun uso della cuffia e rispetto delle regole anti Covid zero!!!

Poor hygienic conditions!
We had no cold water all week and were forced to wash ourselves with boiling water! At the reception they told us every day that they would repair the system as soon as possible and that they couldn't do much!
Unfriendly and unprepared dining room staff.
Bad and poor breakfasts.
The only time we wanted to use the spa service it smelled of burning and the sanitary / hygienic conditions were very bad!
The double bedroom consisted of two single beds joined together.
The pool water is always dirty, no use of swimming caps and compliance with the anti Covid zero rules !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo prenotato una settimana, pensione completa, all'hotel terme Elisabetta, ma prima che finisse ho prenotato la seconda. Albergo bello, confortevole, pulito. Spa termale bellissima con acque miracolose, ma la vera sorpresa è stata la gentilezza, la disponibilità, l'accoglienza riservata agli ospiti. Tutto il personale, nessuno escluso, replicano il vero marchio di fabbrica di questa struttura: l'ospitalità. La deliziosa Sandra, proprietaria e regina dell'arte dell'accoglienza vigila ogni momento assicurandosi che tutti gli ospiti si sentano a casa e soprattutto in vacanza! Il primo benvenuto, alla reception è a cura di Tonia che armata di sorriso mi ha accompagnato alla camera e mi ha fatto visitare i bellissimi spazi. Durante il soggiorno, sempre disponibile. Le bravissime Anna e Debora si sono prese cura di me a suon di fanghi e bagni, veri toccasana! Cosa dire della cucina, uno chef d'eccellenza, mi ha deliziato con i suoi piatti e non posso non citare il personale di sala tra cui spiccano i magnifici Salvatore P. e Dario N. Il primo è vulcanico e solare, il secondo elegante e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Entrambi bravissimi, simpatici e professionali come gli altri. Ringrazio tutti e consiglio caldamente quest'oasi ischitana a chi cerca una vera vacanza sull'isola.

Beautiful thermal spa with miraculous waters, but the real surprise was the kindness, the availability, the welcome reserved for the guests. All the staff, without exception, replicate the true trademark of this structure: hospitality. The delightful Sandra, owner and queen of the art of hospitality, watches over every moment making sure that all guests feel at home and especially on vacation! The first welcome, at the reception is by Tonia who, armed with a smile, accompanied me to the room and showed me the beautiful spaces. During your stay, always available. The talented Anna and Debora took care of me with mud and baths, a real panacea! What to say about the kitchen, an excellent chef, delighted me with his dishes and I cannot fail to mention the dining room staff among which the magnificent Salvatore P. and Dario N. The first is volcanic and sunny, the second elegant and available for any request. Both very good, nice and professional like the others. I thank everyone and I highly recommend this oasis of Ischia to those looking for a real holiday on the island.

La struttura molto raffinata con colori bianchi e blu che trasmettono un'atmosfera Elisabettiana accompagnata dalla cordialità e disponibilità della reception pronta a soddisfare ogni richiesta. L'area spa, ci ha regalato momenti di pieno benessere, con la possibilità di scegliere anche diversi trattamenti. Comodissima anche il servizio navetta offerto. Ottimo anche il servizio ristorante, lo chef ci ha deliziato ogni sera con diverse specialità. Massimo comfort. Torneremo presto!!!
