★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great spot! Came by way of a "locals" referral to eat here. Service, food and atmosphere all on point. We enjoyed each food item we ordered (the zucchini pudding with pecorino fondue was SO good).
All pastas and desserts are house made daily.
Make the effort, reserve a space here and you won't be disappointed. Online reservation are accepted (we did ours through TripAdvisor App).
Food in pics: dessert of the day- ricotta and chocolate cake, fried chicken with vegetables, tortelli lucchese, burrata with San Marzano tomatoes, zucchini pudding with melted pecorino

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorgeous meal, perfect blend of super quality and home cooked style with some surprises and local delicacies thrown in. Very reasonable price for the quality. The fish balls with chickpea purée starter was outstanding, as was the Burrata tomato starter smothered in local olive oil. Comforting pasta primi piatti and stunning cozy decor. Thank you for a wonderfully memorable experience in Lucca and “see you next time” to the welcoming chef!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this place is so lovely. The Staff is friendly and professional. the food is delicious. We had the gnocchi, totelli, and tiramisu. Very easy to find and great location in Lucca. Go eat at Gigis and bike the walls! Thank you again for great food and service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an excellent spot! Food is genuine and 100% local, prices are very reasonable. You won't find "Michelin-style" presentation here but the quality of the food largely compensate for that. Good luck finding a table available!
