They have all sorts of hidden fees such as % commission and fixed fees which they only explain on a slip of paper after the transaction has been completed and make you sign it. When asked to explain the fees, they vaguely said that all places have such fees. Was in a rush so had to grab and go but don't do the same.

β β β β β Warning! Never go here to exchange your money/dollar. They have very high commission fee plus a fixed fee. I gave them USD200 but I was only given euros120. I lost like USD60. This is a scam. I was in hurry so I don't have time to look for other forexchange. My train was leaving soon. If I can only give a negative star, they deserve -1,000,000 stars.

β β β β β Avoid at all costs. Scam! they charge you more than 20% fee. I was about to lose 60euros in fees, i asked to revert the transaction and have the money back. Luckily they agreed even if they made clear they were not obliged to do so because i had signed the papers already. I purchased from the same office a SIMcard with 12GB data, which seemed like a good deal, however after a few days of very limited usage did not work anymore. not a single good thing about this place.

β β β β β Never ever use this place because they charge you an insane commission rate. I wanted to convert US$400 to euros and that normally is 400$ to 338β¬ at the current exchange rate. They would only give me 253β¬. I also tried to call before and ask what the exchange rate was and they would not tell me and made me walk all the way to the shop from miles away. NEVER EVER USE THESE
