Non si è visto nessuno fino alle 19, numero customer care a pagamento, sede di Salerno telefonicamente irraggiungibile, tracciamento del pacco on line scomparso. Il pacco è arrivato il giorno dopo. Nobody was seen until 7pm, paid customer care number, Salerno office by telephone unreachable, tracking of the missing online package. The package arrived the next day. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L impiegato a pontecagnano del Front Office della giacenza pacchi è di una ignoranza un’oca maleducato aggressivo presuntuoso e non ti lascia parlare ...se è stanco di lavorare cedesse il posto a qualcuno che ne ha veramente voglia e necessità ... i clienti si accolgono con un sorriso (sempre e da sempre ) è grazie a noi e alle aziende che questo personaggio sta lì seduto .... le aziende pagano per spedire nulla è gratis

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo sotto Natale e vediamo lo sforzo e l'impegno enorme che i corrieri stanno mettendo nel loro lavoro, nonostante le pretese e il comportamento pretenzioso dei clienti. Grandi ragazzi!
Inoltre ci tengo a sottolineare che, personalmente, dopo anni di collaborazioni costose e disastrose con molti corrieri abbiamo trascorso un anno spedendo solo con TNT e fin ora non ci è mai capitato un disguido, mai un collo rotto, mai un pacco maltrattato! Abbiamo sempre ricevuto un ottima assistenza quando necessario.

It is Christmas time and we see the enormous effort and commitment that couriers are putting into their work, despite the demands and pretentious behavior of customers. Big guys!
I also want to underline that, personally, after years of costly and disastrous collaborations with many couriers, we spent a year shipping only with TNT and so far we have never had a mistake, never a broken neck, never a badly treated package! We have always received excellent assistance when needed.

Davvero evitatelo in ogni modo...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A parte il fatto che trovarlo è stato impossibile visto che sul sito c'è un indirizzo sbagliato, mi chiedo il perché si siano presi la briga di modificare una consegna perché a parer loro il negozio era chiuso.
Ho perso 2 ore di tempo per recuperare il pacco e quindi ho subito ritardo su tutto ciò che avevo in agenda.
Servizio pessimo...
Nota positiva: per il ritiro del fermo deposito sono stati veloci ma alcuni dipendenti voglia di lavorare pari allo 0!!!!
Apart from the fact that it was impossible to find it since there is a wrong address on the site, I wonder why they bothered to modify a delivery because they thought the shop was closed.
I lost 2 hours of time to retrieve the package and therefore I was immediately delayed on everything I had on the agenda.
Bad service ...
Positive note: for the withdrawal of the deposit they were fast but some employees want to work equal to 0 !!!!
