I corrieri non hanno ritirato la merce il giorno stabilito, si sono fatti vivi telefonicamente con 18 ore di ritardo,pensando forse che non si abbia nella vita null'altro da fare che attendere , chiusi in casa con la pazienza di Penelope e confidando nei numi tutelari , il loro insperato arrivo. Inutile dire che, pur avendo pagato in netto anticipo, ho preferito rivolgermi ad altro operatore del settore. PS: cliccare sulla stellina è stato necessario per poter pubblicare la recensione.

Negligenza, incompetenza e scortesia la fanno da padrone. Sconsigliato

from Germany to Italy the package arrived immediately, from Italy to my house it took ages. then you call and they don't know how to tell you anything or they don't answer. bad! for me you can also close if you work like this.

Non consegna e sostiene di non avermi trovato né fisicamente e ne telefonicamente. Chiederò ad Amazon (esplicitamente) non spedirmi mai più acquisti con questo corriere.
Bad in general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente non corretti , ho comprato dei prodotti on-line per fare dei regali a Natale dopo che mi è arrivata ieri 22-12-2021 la comunicazione che avrei ricevuto i miei prodotti oggi 23 Dicembre ho verificato stasera che hanno aggiornato la data di consegna al 27-12-2021 ( addio regali consegnati in tempo utile ) uno schifo totale anche perchè provato a contattare la sede di Salerno dalle ore 17:00 non risponde nessuno . Viva Amazon non comprerò più nulla che preveda la v/s consegna .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza assolutamente pessima. Se è stato concordato un giorno per l’arrivo di un articolo, quel giorno stesso l’articolo DEVE arrivare a destinazione. Mi è stato detto che non mi è stato consegnato l’articolo perché il corriere aveva “tante consegne da fare”. Penso semplicemente che questo non sia un problema mio, ognuno deve gestire i suoi tempi e sà quando può permettersi di fare qualcosa e quando non può farlo. Di conseguenza se avete la possibilità di scegliere un altro corriere fatelo.
Absolutely bad experience. If a day has been agreed for the arrival of an item, that same day the item MUST arrive at its destination. I was told that the item was not delivered to me because the courier had "so many deliveries to do". I just think this is not my problem, everyone has to manage their times and knows when they can afford to do something and when they can't. Consequently, if you have the possibility to choose another courier, do it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der eine Paketbote findet die Adresse und der andere nicht! Wie geht so etwas? Die absolute Inkompetenz und Unzuverlässigkeit der Firma ist wirklich peinlich. Zwei Pakete kommen nicht an, wir fahren selbstständig eine Stunde los um es abzuholen und selbst dort wird uns eigenständig nicht geholfen. Meine 17-jährige Tochter hatte mehr Ideen zur Lösung der bevorstehende Probleme als die erwachsenen Männer. Peinlich. Zudem erwarte ich mindestens eine Benachrichtigung sollten sich Pakete verspäten oder so weit es Probleme mit der Zustellung gibt, kam jedoch nicht. Kein Kundenservice, keine Zuverlässigkeit und auch keine Pünktlichkeit. Zwei Tage wurden uns versprochen für drei Pakete, eins kam an und die anderen zwei mussten wir mühsam selbst anschaffen. Nicht empfehlenswert.
One parcel carrier finds the address and the other doesn't! How does something like this work? The absolute incompetence and unreliability of the company is really embarrassing.
