Gli chiedo inutilmente di aspettare 10 minuti, andato via di corsa. Gli chiedo quando riavrò la consegna, mi risponde on lo so. Dopo due giorni nessuna telefonata. Ho provato in chat, messenger, facebook. Nessuna risposta. Forse dovrei chiamare il numero a pagamenti 199? Eppure il servizio è già stato pagato alla spedizione. Proporrei di concordare la consegna almeno il giorno prima.
Cortesemente potreste indicarmi un numero telefonico che non sia un numero a tariffa speciale? Mi fa strano che un negozio con insegna DHL non sappia dare risposte su un servizio DHL.
Hello, package sent from Germany arrived after a week in Salerno. The courier calls me when he is near the house. Too bad I was on the street. I ask him in vain to wait 10 minutes, he ran away. I ask him when I will get the delivery back, he says I don't know. After two days, no phone calls. I tried in chat, messenger, facebook. No reply. Maybe I should call the payphone number 199? Yet the service has already been paid for upon shipment. I would propose to arrange delivery at least the day before.
Could you please give me a telephone number that is not a special rate number? It makes me strange that a DHL-branded shop cannot give answers about a DHL service.

Un grazie di cuore alla signora ed un po’ più di educazione a Daniele. Comunque DHL offre un ottimo servizio indipendentemente da Daniele e per questo metto cinque stelle perché c’è gente che lavora bene
