Ogni volta devo arrivare fino a Pontecagnano per ritirare le cose perché non sapete lavorare e non consegnate i pacchi e trovate scuse sulla impossibilità di consegnarre ecc . Fate pena e non c'è neanche un numero Verde per contattarvi per parlare con un operatore ma solo una voce automatica. Schifo Vergogna
You suck so bad that I have no words. Every time I have to go as far as Pontecagnano to collect things because you don't know how to work and you don't deliver packages and you find excuses about the impossibility of delivering etc. You are sorry and there is not even a toll-free number to contact you to speak to an operator but only an automatic voice. Suck Shame

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovrebbero poter far scegliere il corriere, io acquisto online spesso, ma ogni volta che un pacco finisce nelle loro mani è la fine.
Da ultimo, ho acquistato su Amazon, con consegna Amazon prime prevista per il 31 agosto....ad oggi ancora no ho ricevuto il pacco per assenza del destinatario....assenza di che? Mia madre è sempre in casa.

They should be able to choose the courier, I buy online often, but every time a package ends up in their hands it's the end.
Lastly, I purchased on Amazon, with Amazon prime delivery scheduled for August 31st .... to date I still haven't received the package due to the absence of the recipient .... absence of what? My mother is always at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquisto quasi quotidianamente online e quando sono loro a dover consegnare, sempre stessa storia. Oggi per l'ennesima volta mi hanno comunicato la mancata consegna per mia assenza. Naturalmente7 io ero a casa ma nessuno è venuto....
I buy online almost daily and when they have to deliver, always the same story. Today for the umpteenth time I have been informed of the non-delivery due to my absence. Of course7 I was at home but no one came ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo il signore che mi ha ricevuta,invece di darmi informazioni relative ad un pacco che aspettavo da più di un mese e che non mi è stato recapitato,si è fatto una risata nel sentire che il pacco conteneva una crema molto importante che mi serviva per un'operazione appena fatta essendo una paziente oncologica. Essere derisa per un problema così grave,non ho parole. Volevo solo sapere quale fosse il problema per il mancato recapito e mi sono trovata una persona maleducata e che lavora solo per prendere uno stipendio e non per essere d'aiuto.
The gentleman who received me, instead of giving me information about a package that I had been waiting for more than a month and that has not been delivered to me, laughed at hearing that the package contained a very important cream that I needed to an operation just made being a cancer patient. To be laughed at for such a serious problem, I have no words.
