Le avevo chiesto una palette con le sfumature del nero ( mi mostra alcune cose ma non nessuna che avesse le sfumature del nero), avrei dovuto acquistare anche fondotinta e correttore. In ogni caso dopo avermi mostrato delle cose poco interessanti mi lascia sola a quel punto provo sulla mano un ombretto e dopo averne provati un bel po' lei si avvicina e mi dice che non è possibile quello che stavo facendo. Nel negozio non c' era nessun cliente. È assurdo essere gestiti così male in una catena così importante. Thursday I go to Sephora inside there was a saleswoman. I asked her for a palette with shades of black (she shows me some things but not none that had shades of black), I would also have to buy foundation and concealer. In any case, after showing me some uninteresting things she leaves me alone at that point I try an eyeshadow on my hand and after having tried a lot of it she approaches and tells me that what I was doing is not possible. There was no customer in the shop. It is absurd to be managed so badly in such an important chain.

F	Franca Tornatore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono una cliente abituale di sephora e ogni volta che c’è quella signora un po’ in carne con i capelli corti evito di entrarci perché è molto sgarbata e anche presuntuosa , mi hanno addirittura detto che è la responsabile , le ragazze sono tutte gentili ma lei è veramente inadatta e ha un approccio davvero antipatico con le persone . Aggiungo che gli store di sephora in tutta Italia regalano tantissimi campioncini senza chiedere nulla , loro invece non solo devi chiederglielo (A volte più di una volta ) ma non li mettono spesso e volentieri e quando lo chiedi fanno anche la faccia storta I am a regular customer of sephora and every time there is that lady a little chubby with short hair I avoid going in because she is very rude and also presumptuous, they even told me that she is responsible, the girls are all nice but she is really unsuitable and has a really unsympathetic approach to people.
