★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ogni società di consegna pacchi raggiunge il mio indirizzo, solo DHL non è in grado di farlo. Ma invece di l'autista mi chiama per i dettagli dell'indirizzo, il pacco viene conservato per giorni e poi rimesso in consegna. Sono arrivato a credere che questa sia una truffa per ridurre il numero di viaggi. Questo non ha più niente a che vedere con "Express", dovreste piuttosto essere chiamati "DHL lame & slow" in modo che tutti sappiano come fate il vostro lavoro.
Each parcel delivery company reaches my address, only DHL is unable to do so. But instead of the driver calling me for the address details, the package is stored for days and then returned to delivery. I have come to believe that this is a scam to reduce the number of trips. This no longer has anything to do with "Express", you should rather be called "DHL lame & slow" so that everyone knows how you do your job.

Non si può mandare un messaggio dicendo che è in consegna e poi non fate la consegna senza avvisare. Oggi avete mandato lo stesso messaggio di ieri e tenete le persone bloccate.
C'è solo una cosa da dire: VERGOGNA
Dear DHL from Salerno: You are ashamed.
You can't send a message saying it's on delivery and then don't deliver without notifying. You sent the same message today as yesterday and you keep people locked up.
There is only one thing to say: SHAME

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sul sito diceva apertura alle 14:30. Sono andato lì ed era chiuso. Alle 15 mi hanno aperto e una persona davvero scorbutica mi ha detto di rimanere fuori perché c’era già un’altra persona prima di me…dopo 5 minuti mi ha fatto entrare. Alla fine non ho spedito il pacchetto che avevo fatto perché avrebbero dovuto riaprirlo, ma era un regalo e lo avevo imballato con cura, gli avevo chiesto di scansionarlo ai raggi UV se avesse temuto fosse qualcosa di pericoloso ma mi è stato risposto che non lo avrebbe fatto: “qua facciamo così, o le sta bene o se ne va da un’altra parte”. Sono andato da UPS…

SE VUOI CHIEDERE INFO DEVI SPENDERE UN BOTTO DI SOLDI PERCHE' HANNO UNA NUMERAZIONE CHE PRENDE CIRCA 50 CENTESIMI AL MINUTO. ALTRI CORRIERI CHIAMANO PER AVVISARE DELLA CONSEGNA. DECISAMENTE DA EVITARE. NEGATIVI AL 100%. UNA STELLA PERCHE' MENO DI QUESTO NON E' POSSIBILE ALTRIMENTENTI MERITEREBBERO TANTI MENO.
BAD - THEY SAY THAT THEY HAVE PASSED FOR DELIVERY BUT IT IS NOT SO - THEY DO NOT RESPECT THE TIMETABLE OR THE DAYS OF DELIVERY. IF YOU WANT TO ASK FOR INFO, YOU HAVE TO SPEND A SHOT OF MONEY BECAUSE THEY HAVE A NUMBERING THAT TAKES ABOUT 50 CENTS PER MINUTE. OTHER COURIERS CALL TO NOTIFY DELIVERY. DEFINITELY TO AVOID. 100% NEGATIVE. A STAR BECAUSE LESS THAN THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE OTHERWISE THEY WOULD DESERVE SO MUCH LESS.
