★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sto cercando da un ora di contattare il num per il call center , gli operatori palesemente per tre volte mi hanno staccato la chiamata.Pessimi operatori e scortesi,basterebbe dire :Signora nn so come aiutarla.Quando l'unica cosa che ho chiestofatto e se hanno una consegna per me...perché so che mi hanno cercata avendo trovato la loro chiamata tra quelle perse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho contattato l'azienda per una spedizione. L'articolo è stato danneggiato durante il loro trasporto e sto ancora aspettando il risarcimento dell' importo, oltre 100 euro. L'assistenza è stata esistente e dopo mille lamentele di fronte all'evidenza del danno hanno proposto un risarcimento del 25% dell'importo. Dopo mesi di attesa. Pessima esprienza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibile, ho appena conosciuto il peggior spedizioniere del Sud Europa. Servono più di 2 settimane per portare mezzo pallet a Vienna. Ma per questo fanno pagare 180 euro. A Verona il pallet viene lasciato in attesa e non caricato immediatamente. Quando chiamo, solo la signora al telefono parla e alla fine devi essere grato. Incredibilmente cattivo e arrogante!
Incredible, I just met the worst forwarder in Southern Europe. It takes more than 2 weeks to bring half a pallet to Vienna. But for this they charge 180 euros. In Verona, the pallet is left waiting and not loaded immediately. When I call, only the lady on the phone talks and in the end you have to be grateful. Incredibly bad and arrogant!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pierwsze wrażenie super bardzo miła Życzliwa o obsługa mimo błędnego pokierowania przez wcześniejszych magazynierów i podstawienia się nie pod tą rampę szybko naprawili swój błąd na początku obsługa bardzo miła Życzliwa i tutaj dałbym 5 gwiazdek ale po zapytaniu Czy można stanąć na dłuższą pauzę zostałem wprowadzony w błąd na początku powiedziano że tak ustawiłem się a potem niestety powiedziała że na pauzę zostać tutaj nie mogę dlatego urwałem gwiazdkę co do samego rozładunku Sprawnie i szybko bez większych problemów jest też WC o które trzeba zapytać i wtedy wytłumaczą jak do niego dojść
