Nota stonata, spesso la diffusione sonora è fastidiosa, come pure l'illuminazione.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alcott è sempre impeccabile, partendo dallo staff sempre molto disponibile riguardo taglie che mancano e qualche aiuto per creare un outfit nuovo... Sempre riassortito trovo sempre la mia taglia! Negozio molto spazioso, vasta scelta, bella musica e molta simpatia. In pratica il mio negozio preferito.
Alcott is always impeccable, starting from the always very helpful staff regarding missing sizes and some help to create a new outfit ... I always find my size again! Very spacious shop, wide selection, beautiful music and a lot of sympathy. In practice, my favorite store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMA ESPERIENZA DI SHOPPING!! ??????Avevamo da vedere e provare diversi capi, ma siamo scappati dal locale!! ?? Impossibile rimanere più di 5 minuti all'interno del negozio.
Musica a volume elevato che sembra di essere in discoteca, con difficoltà anche a scambiare due parole con i commessi e condizionatori a palla, con temperature glaciali, per nulla piacevoli e molto fastidiose. Abbiamo comunicato alla cassa il disagio e la volontà di pagare e andare via subito, ma ci hanno risposto che loro non possono farci nulla perché sono decisioni della direzione. Forse non vogliono che il cliente rimanga all'interno più di 5 minuti. Sarà un'azione di marketing futuristico ?? Molto più accoglienti i negozi accanto dove, con molta tranquillità, abbiamo scelto provato e acquistato con calma in ambienti molto più accoglienti.
Peccato, perché Alcott ha molti articoli interessanti a prezzi competitivi. ?

GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE !! ?????? We had to see and try different clothes, but we ran away from the place !! ?? Impossible to stay more than 5 minutes inside the store.
Music at high volume that seems to be in a club, with difficulty even have a chat with the clerks and ball conditioners, with freezing temperatures, not at all pleasant and very annoying. We told the cash desk about the inconvenience and willingness to pay and leave immediately, but they replied that they can't do anything about it because they are management decisions. Maybe they don't want the customer to stay inside for more than 5 minutes. It will be a futuristic marketing action ?? The shops next door are much more welcoming, where, with great tranquility, we have chosen calmly tried and bought in much more welcoming environments.
Too bad, because Alcott has many interesting items at competitive prices. ?
Not recommended for relaxed shopping! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel corso del tempo, la qualità del marchio si è notevolmente abbassata e i prezzi non sono convenienti in rapporto ad essa. Si trova comunque qualche t-shirt da utilizzare quotidianamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un buon negozio, molto grande ed con i più ricchi assortimenti vestiari, a partire dall'elegante allo streetwear e per finire a capi per uso quotidiano. Non ho trovato molti sconti ed ho notato che la qualità dei capi sta un po' calando. Però c'era un esposizione davvero ottima. Per questo il mio voto è tre stelle.

I have not found many discounts and I have noticed that the quality of the garments is decreasing a bit. But there was a really good exposure. For this my rating is three stars.
