★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo sono andato con mio figlio non erano disponibili le mie scarpe e poi per ordinarle online il commesso non era capace il personale era decente se non per una commessa che si lamentava continuamente con me e mio figlio di avere mal di testa
Bad service I went with my son was not available my shoes and then to order them online the clerk was not capable the staff was decent except for a saleswoman who constantly complained to me and my son about having a headache

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa, ai limiti dell'immaginazione..la vendita di scarpe che i commessi chiamano 'limitate', sono bloccate se non a persone a scelta dal team a lavoro (senza nessun criterio).
Sfortunatamente mi è stata negata la vendita con la scusa dell' "esaurito", peccato che nel magazzino si intravedevano gli stessi scatoli..spero che semmai entrassi più in questo negozio, il ragazzo con più capelli che simpatia alla cassa non mi prenda in giro e non generalizzi solo perchè appassionato.
Secondo quale criterio vendete le scarpe? Grazie in anticipo per la risposta!
Negative experience, to the limit of the imagination .. the sale of shoes that the clerks call 'limited', are blocked except to people chosen by the team at work (without any criteria).
Unfortunately I was denied the sale with the excuse of "out of stock", too bad that the same boxes could be seen in the warehouse .. I hope that if I ever went into this shop more, the guy with more hair than sympathy at the cashier won't make fun of me and you don't generalize just because you're passionate.

absolutely rude and disrespectful saleswoman. I went out without buying anything and went to the competition where they welcomed me in a polite and kind way. If your job has tired you, change it because customers don't care about your frustrations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrato per prendermi le suolette per le vans, dopodiché la commessa mi ha costretto in maniera irrispettosa a comprarmi altra roba arrivando a spendere 50€… dicendomi “ci perdiamo per 10€?” (neanche fosse una venditrice ambulante). Non ci andrò più, per me il personale in un posto è tutto.
I went in to get the insoles for the vans, after which the clerk forced me in a disrespectful way to buy myself more stuff, spending € 50 ... telling me "we get lost for € 10?" (she was not even a street vendor). I will not go there again, for me the staff in one place is everything.
