L'ho riportato al negozio e ancora non ho ricevuto alcuna chiamata per andare a ritiralo (mi auguro che mi possano o rimborsare o sostituire con un altra cosa dato che il bambino ornai è nato!). Ho sollecitato diverse volte senza alcun risultato. ATTENDIAMO!
I purchased an angel caller (December 2), whose pendant came off the same evening. I brought it back to the store and still haven't received any calls to pick it up (I hope they can either refund me or replace it with something else since the baby boy was born!). I have solicited several times to no avail. LET'S WAIT!

Ho di nuovo avuto necessità di utilizzare la garanzia per la riparazione di un braccialetto KIDULT che decorreva da novembre 2019 quindi 2 anni di copertura ... Ritiro il braccialetto e chiedo che mi venga rilasciato il restante periodo. Risposta : non è possibile perché kidult non copre il periodo ma il numero di assistenza ossia avendo per 1 volta chiesta la riparazione non è possibile richiederne un'altra anche se in garanzia ????? Mostrata la mia perplessità e manifestata la mia non volontà di acquisto presso questo negozio la commessa di turno mi liquida con un'alzata di spalle dichiarando : fate come volete .... Forse questo negozio ha tanti clienti da non preoccuparsi di perderne qualcuno. A quelle recensioni che tessono lodi alle commesse per modi garbati e gentili rispondo che bisogna manifestarla non solo quando si vende un "oggettino" ma anche e soprattutto nell'assistenza al cliente.

Answer: it is not possible because kidult does not cover the period but the assistance number, that is, having requested the repair for 1 time, it is not possible to request another one even if under warranty ????? Having shown my perplexity and manifested my unwillingness to buy at this shop, the saleswoman on duty clears me with a shrug, declaring: do as you like .... Maybe this shop has so many customers that they don't worry about losing someone. To those reviews that praise the orders for polite and kind ways, I reply that you have to show it not only when you sell an "object" but also and above all in customer care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da premettere che ho comprato 2 collane paciotti uomo 2 bracciali uomo orecchini e bracciali donna ma ieri è stato traumatico.ho comprato un bracciale Breil messo solo 2 volte pagato 78 euro non volendo visto che era molto largo. Ho graffiato il bracciale e nel urto si è tolta la pietrina e chissà come si era cancellata completamente la scritta Breil. Chiedevo se era possibile almeno rimettere la pietrina e stringerlo un po’ sempre pagando. Mi viene risposto che la pietrina si è tolta per colpa mia( e lo sapevo)e se volevo accorciarlo togliere qualche maglia dal bracciale dovevo andare dal colzolaio. Dal calzolaio per accorciare il bracciale? Me lo tengo così non fa nulla ma voi avete perso un cliente.dal calzolaio si aggiustano le scarpe non i bracciali.punto vendita maximall pontecagnano Salerno
