★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi trovo bene con i prodotti tuttavia sono due giorni di fila che la cassa non funziona per i resi o i buoni. Mi avevano detto che l'indomani avrebbero sistemato la cassa ma mi hanno fatto fare un viaggio a vuoto. Nel periodo pre natalizio queste cose non dovrebbero accadere

La fragranza non è stata gradita al destinatario del dono natalizio e quindi, il giorno 27 dicembre, con scontrino alla mano, mi sono recato nel punto vendita per un regolare cambio. Mi è stato risposto dalla scortese addetta alle vendite che il cambio non era assolutamente possibile in quanto il destinatario del regalo aveva osato effettuare uno spruzzo di prova. La commessa, da par suo, erogava la fragranza dalla confezione da me acquistata con fare copioso e sprezzante, a dimostrazione dell'avvenuta "prova". Dopo aver improfumato tutto il centro commerciale, mi ha restituito il prodotto e mi ha invitato a guadagnare l'uscita, alludendo ad un nostro tentativo di frode. Come immaginabile, non metterò mai più piede in questo negozio.
I bought a gift box of Erbolario products on December 24th. The fragrance was not appreciated by the recipient of the Christmas gift and therefore, on December 27, with the receipt in hand, I went to the store for a regular change. I was told by the rude sales person that the change was absolutely not possible as the recipient of the gift had dared to do a test spray. The saleswoman, for her part, dispensed the fragrance from the package I bought with a copious and contemptuous manner, demonstrating that the "test" had taken place. After having smoked the whole mall, he returned the product to me and invited me to earn the exit, alluding to our attempt at fraud. As imaginable, I will never set foot in this shop again.

In prospetto dell'inizio mare, mia madre e mio padre si son recati in questo negozio, poiché occorreva una protezione solare. La commessa, gli ha "CONSIGLIATO", anzi VENDUTO, lo "Spray solare velo invisibile", con oli al suo interno e "fattore di protezione" 50. Essendo io estetista, so per certo che questa tipologia di prodotto non va applicata per le prime esposizioni, oppure, può essere messa solo da chi è già abbronzato/a o da chi ha carnagioni scure. Morale della favola: Al momento dell'applicazione, ho detto alla mia famiglia di non applicarla, ma mia madre, ovviamente, CONVINTA dalla negoziante, e sicura di ciò che aveva preso, ha convinto anche me ad applicarla. Risultato!? Io sono ustionata con occhi gonfi, mia madre e mia sorella altrettanto. Come il restante della famiglia.
Vi consiglio di inserire personale competente, con un "MINIMO" di cultura e di educazione.

Moral of the story: At the time of the application, I told my family not to apply it, but my mother, of course, CONVINTA from the shopkeeper, and sure of what she had taken, also convinced me to apply it. Result!? I am burned with puffy eyes, my mother and my sister equally. Like the rest of the family.
I advise you to insert competent personnel, with a "MINIMUM" of culture and education.

Commessa pessima! Si fa prima a cambiarla assolutamente! Scostumata e incapace nelle vendite. Disponibilità zero e con zero voglia di fare il suo lavoro. Peccato perché i prodotti sono fantastici e i punti vendita a Salerno sono veramente pochi.
3 stars not for the products (which I love) but for the staff.
