I personally didn't find the shopping experience exciting. Relationship with the customer at the lowest terms, what I found quite well looked after is the image of the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato delle scarpe. Peró Me le sono fatte spedire a casa. Non lo avrei mai fatto se il negozio a Pontecagnano fosse stato rifornito regolarmente dei prodotti. Tante scarpe giustamente non c'erano! Le scarpe non mi sono mai arrivate dopo un messe e 17giorni di sollecitamenti da parte mia niente mi dicono di fare il rimborso. Di ritornare a pontecagnano essendo complicato per me perché vivo lontano... DISAGIO TATALE PERDITA DI TEMPO TOTALE. INCOMPETENZA DELLA BASTOLINI ESTREMAMENTE ABISSALE Io dico...foot locker Bartolini almeno mettetevi d'accordo su chi dare le colpe. Il corriere non ti chiama! ti dicono che sono passati! ma mai passati essendo che in casa mia ci sono persone 24su 24 ti dicono che non trovano la via e l'ubicazione della casa dopo essendo già passati... Da ridere vero?! . Dopo 12 anni che acquisto dalla foot locker questo disagio di quasi 2 mesi non me lo sarei mai aspettato davvero pessimi foot e BARTOLINI 2 bimbi che si danno la colpa! Inoltre i numeri telefonici che ti danno per assistenza clienti Bartolini e Foot non funzionano. Solo perdita di tempo.
I bought some shoes. But they were sent to me home. I would never have done this if the shop in Pontecagnano had been regularly stocked with products. Many shoes were rightly not there! The shoes never arrived after a harvest and 17 days of solicitations from me nothing tell me to make a refund. To return to Pontecagnano being complicated for me because I live far away ... TATAL DISCOMFORT LOSS OF TOTAL TIME. INCOMPETENCE OF STICKS EXTREMELY ABYSSAL I say ... foot locker Bartolini at least agree on who to blame. The courier does not call you! they tell you that they have passed! but never passed since there are people in my house 24 out of 24 they tell you that they can't find the street and the location of the house after having already passed ... It's funny right ?! . After 12 years of buying from the foot locker this discomfort of almost 2 months I would never have expected it really bad foot and BARTOLINI 2 children who blame themselves! Furthermore, the telephone numbers they give you for Bartolini and Foot customer assistance do not work. Just waste of time.
