Quando sono andata a pagare la commessa mi ha dato il vestito che ho acquistato senza busta, nel momento in cui le ho chiesto cortesemente di darmi una busta,la commeasa, ha risposto "ma non potete metterla nella borsa",nel momento in cui ho risposto di no e ho richiesto la busta la commessa mi ha risposto in modo scortese dicendo " Ve la devo per forza dare,costa 15 centesimi ,vi serve per forza".
Somo rimasta delusa.
Today I went to bershka with my best friend.
When I went to pay the saleswoman gave me the dress that I bought without an envelope, when I politely asked her to give me an envelope, the commeasa, she replied "but you can't put it in the bag", when I I answered no and I asked for the envelope, the saleswoman replied in a rude way saying "I have to give it to you, it costs 15 cents, you need it".
Somo was disappointed.
