★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo 2 stelle perché il vestito che avevo scelto come si può ben osservare è molto diverso rispetto alla foto ?(non mi aspettavo così vaporoso di tulle )certo è una foto ma sono rimasta male anche per com'è rifinito....Fiori attaccati al tulle con un altro tulle, e non cuciti, abbastanza brutto da vedere come si può notare con la mia mano purtroppo, e un sacco di fili penzolanti!! 377euro, ok non è moltissimo ma almeno posate foto reali dei vestiti!! Tempistiche ottime invece, arrivato prima del previsto.

Unfortunately 2 stars because the dress I had chosen as you can see is very different from the photo ? (I did not expect so fluffy tulle) of course it is a photo but I was also disappointed for how it is finished .... Flowers attached to tulle with another tulle, and not sewn, ugly enough to see as you can see with my hand unfortunately, and a lot of dangling threads !! 377euro, ok it's not a lot but at least cutlery real photos of the clothes !! Excellent timing instead, arrived earlier than expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono sposata una settimana fa. Abito stupendo!! Non posso che consigliare la loro professionalità. Anch'io ero scettica inizialmente, ma posso assicurare che se si segue alla lettera il tutorial delle misure non si incorrerà in errori da parte della sartoria e il risultato sarà davvero eccellente!! Il mio abito calzava come un guanto, me lo sono goduta tutto il giorno e cosa ancora più bella ho ricevuto mille complimenti anche dalla gente per strada durante il servizio fotografico, poiché non ha nulla da invidiare a un costosissimo abito da sposa. A limite l'unico piccolo suggerimento che forse darei è l'imballaggio : utilizzare cartoni più ampi e adeguati in modo da non piegare il tessuto più volte al suo interno.
I got married a week ago. Gorgeous dress !! I can only recommend their professionalism. I too was skeptical at first, but I can assure you that if you follow the measurement tutorial to the letter you will not make any mistakes on the part of the tailor's shop and the result will be truly excellent !! My dress fit like a glove, I enjoyed it all day and even more beautifully I received a thousand compliments from the people on the street during the photo shoot, as it has nothing to envy to a very expensive wedding dress. To limit the only small suggestion that perhaps I would give is the packaging: use larger and more adequate cartons so as not to fold the fabric several times inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. Mi era stata garantita una consegna in dieci giorni lavorativi per un paio di scarpe(pagate durante l ordine). Ho chiesto più volte per chat se queste due settimane venissero rispettate e mi è stato garantito. Successivamente mi viene detto che il fornitore ha ritardato e che, ad oggi, non si sa quando avverrà la consegna. La risposta alle mie richieste di spiegazioni è stata di farmi prestare un paio di scarpe di prova dall'atelier.
Bad service. I was guaranteed delivery in ten working days for a pair of shoes (paid for when ordering). I asked several times for chat if these two weeks were respected and I was guaranteed. Later I am told that the supplier has delayed and that, to date, it is not known when the delivery will take place. The response to my requests for explanations was to borrow a trial pair of shoes from the atelier.

Ho ordinato un abito online. L'unica cosa positiva è stato il tempo record di consegna. Il vestito è pesante,scomodo e con una fodera interna rigida,troppo rigida. Il vestito ha un difetto di base,già di suo. Presenta un eccesso di stoffa nella parte posteriore. L'ho portato da più di una sarta e tutte si sono rifiutate di sistemarlo:costa più la riparazione del valore del vestito. Mi aspettavo molto di più. Se tornassi indietro non lo riacquisterei più.
Not at all satisfied with the purchase!
I ordered a dress online. The only positive was the record delivery time. The dress is heavy, uncomfortable and with a stiff inner lining, too stiff. The dress has a basic flaw, already its own. It has an excess of fabric in the back. I took it to more than one seamstress and they all refused to fix it: it costs more to repair than the value of the dress. I expected a lot more. If I went back I would never buy it back.

Gentilezza, disponibilità e tanta dolcezza li distinguono da tanti altri atelier che valutano solo il fattore monetario... Qui invece mi sono sentita a casa...l'unico atelier visitato, amore a prima vista!non potrò mai smettere di ringraziarle. Miama store a name a guarantee ... handmade and tailor-made dresses .. I was guided by Mrs. Giovanna and Mrs. Adele for the choice of the changes of the dress. Kindness, availability and a lot of sweetness distinguish them from many other ateliers that only evaluate the monetary factor ... Here, on the other hand, I felt at home ... the only atelier visited, love at first sight! I will never stop thanking them.
