★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono anni che frequento questo negozio attraverso mia zia la quale avendo una colonia di gatti e un gatto in casa spende mensilmente uno stipendio acquistando sempre prodotti di buone marche. Purtroppo noto che i prodotti che mancano a scaffale non vengono mai riforniti e sono sempre in magazzino...per settimane intere ci sono quei scaffali vuoti quando la merce c'è ...ma in magazzino e questo è assurdo perchè sono tanti commessi ... e poi non hanno mai omaggi da dare per i clienti(sopratutto quando si spendono circa 190€ ogni 10 gg circa..)...sono sempre terminati (questo accade da anni ) e poi spesso è capitato di vedere tanti omaggi che se li dividono tra loro...è un vero peccato che non ci sia piu' controllo da parte dei proprietari ed è un vero peccato che chi ci lavora lo fa con superficialità e senza "invogliare"il cliente a rimanere....I prezzi sono gli stessi che si trovano altrove , la comodità è solo di avere diverse marche a disposizione.
 I have been attending this shop for years through my aunt who, having a colony of cats and a cat at home, spends a monthly salary always buying good brand products. Unfortunately I notice that the products that are missing on the shelf are never restocked and are always in stock ... for whole weeks there are those empty shelves when the goods are there ... but in the warehouse and this is absurd because there are so many shop assistants. .. and then they never have gifts to give to customers (especially when you spend around € 190 every 10 days or so ..) ... they are always finished (this has been happening for years) and then it has often happened to see many gifts that if they divide them among themselves ... it is a real pity that there is no longer control by the owners and it is a real pity that those who work there do it superficially and without "entice" the customer to stay .... prices are the same as elsewhere, the convenience is just having different brands available.
