★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inizialmente avevo messo 5 stelle per la grande gentilezza, educazione e per le tempistiche a loro detta veloci.
Ho ordinato i mobili a inizio dicembre, con l'arrivo previsto tra il 25 dicembre e il primo gennaio. Raga a febbraio stavo ancora senza un mobile.
Sono arrivati e sono venuti con il furgone troppo grande, sono venuti una seconda volta e finalmente hanno montato la cucina.
Vengono una 3 volta per la camera, pezzo rotto.
Ordinano il pezzo e lo ordinano sbagliato, mi fanno aspettare un mese inutilmente.
Tornano di nuovo dopo SETTIMANE.
Finalmente col pezzo giusto. Il Mobile era già scheggiato ma ormai eravamo stufi.
Ah ci hanno dato due buoni per le tempistiche, uno di 70€ e uno di 30€. Quello di settanta l'abbiamo speso per un mobile già montato.. Montato pure male!! ASSURDO
 Initially I had put 5 stars for the great kindness, education and for the timing they said fast.
I ordered the furniture in early December, with the expected arrival between December 25th and January 1st. Raga in February I was still without a piece of furniture.
They came and they came with the van that was too big, they came a second time and finally they assembled the kitchen.
They come once for the room, piece broken.
They order the piece and order it wrong, they make me wait a month in vain.
They come back again after WEEKS.
Finally with the right piece. The furniture was already chipped but by now we were fed up.
Oh, they gave us two time vouchers, one for € 70 and one for € 30. That of seventy we spent on a piece of furniture already assembled .. Also badly assembled !! ABSURD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rapporto qualità prezzo non male ma mi hanno fatto pentire x la loro disorganizzazione...dormo attualmente con il materasso sul pavimento poiché x tre volte mi hanno saltato la consegna inventando scuse ( ordine sbagliato da matrimoniale a singolo, covid e infortunio di uno dei ragazzi della consegna) e neanche si sono preoccupati di accellerare la pratica...cucina con ante danneggiate e top sbagliato...addirittura settimino camera da letto senza una maniglia e ripiano armadio rotto da quasi 1 mese! Abito a 5minuti dal punto vendita e ho dovuto prendere permessi a lavoro x sistemare ordini e mancati arrivi, senza contare le innumerevoli chiamate al centro assistenza! Si può sbagliare...ma se spendi un bel po di soldini ci rimani male e ho avuto l'impressione di scarsa capacità organizzativa...credo di rinunciare al letto e prenderlo altrove!
Value for money not bad but they made me regret their disorganization ... I currently sleep with the mattress on the floor because they skipped my delivery three times by making excuses (wrong order from double to single, covid and injury of one of the boys delivery) and they did not even bother to speed up the procedure ... kitchen with damaged doors and wrong top ... even bedroom septet without a handle and wardrobe shelf broken for almost 1 month! I live 5 minutes from the store and I had to take work permits to arrange orders and non-arrivals, not to mention the countless calls to the assistance center! You can be wrong ... but if you spend a lot of money you feel bad and I had the impression of poor organizational capacity ... I think I give up the bed and take it elsewhere!

Ho acquistato senza leggere prima le recensioni negative,infatti ero un po timoroso.
Hanno rispettato i tempi della consegna.
Sono venuti 2 operai in orario A. e G.;ottima sintonia e dedicazione sia ai mobili,sia al montaggio,sia a rispettare il parquet,sia i muri appena dipinti.
Mi è arrivato l'ordine completo e la data è stata rispettata.
Ho avuto un piccolo problema ma l'operaio è tornato indietro al magazzino per sostituzione.
I mobili non sapevo neanche che li producessero in italia,sono rimasto contento della qualità/prezzo; anzi se sapevo mi arredavo tutta casa.
Non mancherà occasione per i prossimi acquisti.
Pagamento comodo per il cliente.
Alla prossima.

I bought without reading the negative reviews first, in fact I was a little fearful.
They respected the delivery times.
2 workers came on time A. and G.; excellent harmony and dedication both to the furniture, to the assembly, to respecting the parquet and the newly painted walls.
My complete order has arrived and the date has been met.
I had a little problem but the worker went back to the warehouse for replacement.
I didn't even know they produced the furniture in Italy, I was happy with the quality / price; indeed, if I knew I would furnish my whole house.
There will be an opportunity for the next purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto ben organizzato, ampio e con begli spazi allestiti. Tuttavia è difficile riuscire a trovare lo staff disponibile e libero e, quando lo si trova libero, è poco preparato e sembra messo lì per caso. Ci è stato detto che in questo punto vendita non è possibile acquistare un prodotto soltanto con la consegna, ma bisogna necessariamente aggiungere il montaggio, nonostante di montaggio ci sia ben poco, quasi niente. Quindi si è obbligati a spendere 90 euro per una consegna+ montaggio!!! Ci è stato detto inoltre che questa formula è obbligatoria per assicurare un bonus a loro addetti alla vendita..?
La consulenza in questo punto vendita ci è sembrata troppo strana! Abbiamo provato al punto vendita di Afragola, e ci hanno soddisfatto al meglio, assecondando le nostre richieste e chiarendo i nostri dubbi.
I prodotti sono discreti, non eccellenti, ma per il prezzo che hanno sono il top.. ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!

However, it is difficult to find the staff available and free and, when they are found free, they are poorly trained and seem to have been placed there by chance. We were told that in this store it is not possible to buy a product only with delivery, but you must necessarily add the assembly, although there is very little, almost nothing, assembly. So you are forced to spend 90 euros for a delivery + assembly !!! We were also told that this formula is mandatory to ensure a bonus for their sales staff..?
The advice in this store seemed too strange to us! We tried at the Afragola store, and they satisfied us at best, satisfying our requests and clarifying our doubts.
The products are decent, not excellent, but for the price they have they are the top .. excellent value for money!
