C	Ciao Mauro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andiamo li la prima volta per dare le misure e ci dicono di tornare a prendere il progetto o il disegno dopo circa una settimana. All'appuntamento delle 17:00 andiamo puntuali ma loro sono impegnati e quindi aspettiamo 2 ore insieme ad altre persone fuori senza poterci neanche sedere. Quando è finalmente il nostro turno scopriamo che in una settimana non hanno fatto nulla, ne progetto ne disegno. Così decidiamo le misure e le superfici li, insieme,al momento (come si sarebbe dovuto fare dalla prima volta che siamo andati li). A progetto finito ci dicono che manderanno il prezzo sul nostro recapito in un giorno preciso, ma non hanno mantenuto la parola e non andrò di nuovo li per sapere il prezzo We go there the first time to give the measurements and they tell us to go back to take the project or the drawing after about a week. When it is finally our turn we discover that in a week they have done nothing, neither design nor draft. So we decide the measures and the surfaces there, together, at the moment (as it should have been done since the first time we went there). A finished project tells us that they will send the price to our address on a specific day, but they have not kept their word and I will not go there again to find out the price

Ho richiesto di sostituirlo ma ovviamente da parte loro c'è stata solo indifferenza. Very bad ... I bought a custom kitchen and a fitted wall ... after less than a year the kitchen top swelled up because of their mistake. I asked to replace it but obviously on their part there was only indifference.

R	Rosanna Selce on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Massima delusione,acquistato tutto lì,gia per le consegne un disastro, mai puntuali,previste per una data e non si presentano senza neanche avvisare,più di una volta!la ciliegina sulla torta è stata il tavolo in legno,dopo 4mesi dall'acquisto sono venuti a farmi visita i tarli!vengono a prendersi il tavolo per riportarlo nuovo e all'arrivo noto che ha gli stessi graffi che aveva prima,specificandomi che il vecchio era stato bruciato. Per finire lasciano il tavolo lì in casa smontato perché mancavano delle viti e io invano che aspettavo il loro ritorno,ho saputo grazie ad una mia chiamata che al momento non sarebbero venuti! Le comiche! Morale della favola: prima di prendere i soldi gentili e disponibili,dopo averli presi arrivederci e tieniti le nostre barzellette! Gerardo: un grandissimo lavoratore, professionista eccellente che si è caricato a mano i vari componenti (non so come abbia fatto, dato che sono mobili di ottima fattura, pesantissimi) e trasportato a piedi salendo e scendendo come una macchina da guerra, percorrendo 3 piani non certo comodi di un palazzo in centro a Roma, e data l'impossibilità di utilizzare ascensore come montacarichi. Ha montato la cucina in breve tempo, con una abilità che mi ha davvero commossa. Un uomo straordinario. Grazie anche a Carlo dell'amministrazione per il prezioso supporto nelle ultime fasi pre-consegna Mostro foto, anche se dal vivo è tutta un'altra cosa, credetemi I bought the kitchen that I had in mind for years and I am really very satisfied.
