L	Lombar.c on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza con suddetto mobilificio è stata estremamente negativa, a causa della totale assenza di professionalità che si rispecchia perfettamente nella figura del responsabile del punto vendita (un tale Antonio). Ho acquistato una camera da letto e una cucina; quest'ultima è stata progettata in modo estremamente superficiale: le ante di alcuni pensili non si possono aprire completamente perché sbattono contro gli altri mobili della stessa, da loro progettati. In fase di montaggio, si è riscontrato un problema di fuori squadro del top cucina; il responsabile Antonio si è recato di persona a casa nostra durante il montaggio, non per risolvere il problema, bensì perché erano stati dimenticati dei piccoli pezzi già acquistati (una rete e un materasso matrimoniali!). Giunto sul posto, si è rivelato una persona estremamente incapace e arrogante: non è stato capace di avanzare alcuna soluzione per ovviare al problema, se non quello di sostituirlo interamente a spese nostre per un totale di €1200 più le spese di trasporto e montaggio. Vista l'assurdità della richiesta e la cifra spropositata, abbiamo richiesto il parere di un falegname della zona che, UDITE UDITE, ha risolto il problema in due ore con una spesa totale di € 40. Alla luce della mia personale esperienza, il consiglio che posso darvi è di diffidare di questa struttura e di queste persone. Ho acquistato un armadio scorrevole e una cucina nonostante l'arroganza e la presunzione del sig. Ferrara direttore del punto vendita. Ho acquistato solo ed esclusivamente grazie alla cortesia e alla disponibilità della Signora Annamaria che mi ha servito e seguito negli acquisti ma ora me ne trovo pentita. Sono venuti a montare i mobili a maggio ed ho subito riscontrato un rumore strano all'armadio ogni volta che lo apro ed ho subito contattato il punto vendita che mi ha assicurato che avrebbero ordinato i freni e che il prima possibile mi avrebbero mandato gli operai montatori a cambiarmi i freni dell'armadio. Dopo innumerevoli solleciti mi hanno detto che i freni erano arrivati e che li tenevano in deposito e che appena gli operai si trovavano a passare da queste zone sarebbero venuti a cambiarli. Da maggio ad oggi (fine dicembre) non si sono ancora presentati. Oltretutto la cucina è stata montata male mancano dei pezzi, la cappa vibra e fa rumore, il vetro della cappa è stato solo appoggiato e non è stato fissato e ad oggi non riesco ancora a venirne a capo. Ogni giorno esce un difetto nuovo. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO. Non ci andate MAI. BAD service. Arrogant and rude manager. Bad assembly. Virtually nonexistent assistance. V	Valeria Picariello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A parte il montaggio della cucina a cui ho dovuto far apportare una modifica, mi hanno montato il piano cottura in modo davvero pericolante, se aprivo i cassetti la stessa mi cadeva addosso, ho dovuto IO attaccarla al muro. La lavastoviglie mi è stata portata di un'altra marca ma l'ho accettata perché non potevo aspettare altro tempo e pure montata malissimo, non hanno risposto nemmeno alla mia segnalazione telefonica dicendo che avrebbero richiamato. Infine dopo nemmeno 7 mesi una delle sedie "Alissa tortora" Mi ha fatta cadere per terra e meno male che non avevo mia figlia neonata in braccio, questo perché i piedi davanti si sono piegati a causa della saldatura fatta davvero male. Il mio personale consiglio dovuto alla mia esperienza è di acquistare altrove!!!
