Sono stato ricevuto da un uomo sulla mezza età all'inizio professionale e garbato, ma con il passare del tempo la cosa andava sempre più scemando fino a cercare di concludere il prima possibile. Ho inviato planimetria della mia cucina per ricevere prospetti su come potevo crearla, ma è stato solo un servizio di facciata poichè non sono stato più calcolato. Ultima note dolente è il modo di pagamento: vogliono essere pagati interamente la cucina prima della consegna effettiva...in risposta alla sua confermo di aver lasciato solo il mio indirizzo mail e nessun recapito telefonico. A distanza di due anni, a causa di un difetto sul divano, dopo averla contattata per far valere l'assicurazione decennale costituita sullo stesso, si è resa subito disponibile e ha risolto il problema. We have fully furnished home at De Caro, welcomed and recommended by Mrs. Monica who was always kind. After two years, due to a defect on the sofa, after contacting her to assert the ten-year insurance offered on it, it was immediately available and solved the problem.

Abbiamo acquistato una poltrona relax dopo averne provate diverse, ampia scelta in pronta consegna, consigliati dall'attento venditore. Consegna rapidissima. Un elogio particolare allo staff che si occupa delle consegne perché ha portato la poltrona fino al 6° piano (in ascensore non entrava!) assecondando tutte le nostre richieste! I prodotti in vendita sono di alta qualità e resistenza, ottimo design e flessibilità nella progettazione. Il personale sa accompagnare nella scelta anche i clienti più indecisi. Il servizio di montaggio è professionalissimo, gli addetti sono attenti al trasporto dei mobili e molto ordinati durante il lavoro. Praticamente non hanno lasciato polvere o altro dopo aver finito.
