D	Deneb Carrella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio con interior design carino stile anni '50. Ubicato in uno spazio molto piccolo. Personale veloce ma cortese. Unica pecca caffé stretto e bruciato. Shop with cute 1950s style interior design. Located in a very small space. Fast but courteous staff. The only flaw is the tight and burnt coffee.

Il personale mi ha garantito che era di giornata e detto che i cannoli di Poppella sono morbidi e non croccanti. Courteous staff, the large stuffed cannoli (Sicilian type) inedible, good filling but soft and not crunchy external pastry. Io e mia madre ci siamo recate al centro commerciale maximall dove è ubicato il bar e abbiamo colto l'occasione per prendere un dolce qui; dopo esserci accomodate abbiamo aspettato circa 20 minuti prima che qualcuno venisse a portarci quanto ordinato, ho dovuto sollecitarli affinchè venissimo servite (la barista nel mentre si era completamemte dimenticata di noi e stava prendendo delle bottiglie dal deposito nel retro), ma questo è il male minore poiché uno dei dolci presi è risultato essere poco fresco, sicuramente di qualche giorno prima; allora mia madre con garbo ha fatto notare l'accaduto allo staff che in tutta risposta ha iniziato ad urlarle contro dicendo che non era possibile e che quindi se avesse voluto un altro dolce avrebbe dovuto fare un altro scontrino e prenderne un altro, per di più quasi la prendevano in giro con aria di prepotenza e superiorità. Ho fatto notare allo staff quanto scortesi fossero stati e di tutta risposta hanno iniziato ad urlare contro di me, al che per evitare sceneggiate ce ne siamo andate. Non ritorneremo più. Bad experience, rude and overbearing staff. My mother and I went to the maximall shopping center where the bar is located and we took the opportunity to have a dessert here; after we sat down we waited about 20 minutes before someone came to bring us what we ordered, I had to ask them for us to be served (the bartender in the meantime had completely forgotten about us and was taking some bottles from the deposit in the back), but this is the bad thing minor since one of the sweets taken was not very fresh, certainly a few days earlier; then my mother gracefully pointed out what had happened to the staff who in response started yelling at her saying that it was not possible and that therefore if she wanted another dessert she would have to make another receipt and take another one, moreover they almost mocked her with an air of arrogance and superiority. I pointed out to the staff how rude they had been and in response they started yelling at me, to which to avoid any drama we left. We will never return.
A	Alfonso Scarpa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo andati sicuramente in un giorno di gran caos, domenica prima di natale, quindi servizio ( cassa/banco) abbastanza lento, abbiamo preso 3 caffè (era un buon caffè non bruciato) di cui 2 fatto subito e l altro abbiamo dovuto aspettare un po', e poi abbiamo provato un dolce tipico napoletano, anche essi non male ma altrove più gustoso. Personale non molto professionale, scherzavano tra loro e facevano perdere altro tempo. (Ragazzi al banco e alla cassa senza mascherina) , comunque se vi recate al centro commerciale, ci sono anche gli altri bar. We definitely went on a day of great chaos, Sunday before Christmas, so service (cashier / counter) quite slow, we had 3 coffees (it was a good coffee not burnt) of which 2 made immediately and the other we had to wait a bit , and then we tried a typical Neapolitan dessert, also not bad but tastier elsewhere. Not very professional staff, they joked with each other and wasted more time. (Guys at the counter and cashier without masks), however if you go to the shopping center, there are also other bars.
