g	[email protected] gaita on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata presso il punto vendita di Corsico ad agosto perché volevo acquistare un divano dove mio figlio potesse dormire bene, ho chiesto consigli quindi alla venditrice la stessa mi ha fatto scegliere tra due divani assicurandomi quindi un ottimo materasso all'interno, dopo solamente un mese richiamo facendo presente che il materasso è diventato una sottiletta,al che mi dicono che devo mandare due righe cosìcche loro possano aprire una segnalazione, sono passati tre mesi ho dovuto chiamare non so quante volte e tutte le volte mi veniva riferito che mi avrebbe richiamato responsabile signora Catia ,in tre mesi la responsabile non mi ha mai contattato, oggi dopo aver alzato un po' la voce al telefono finalmente vengo contattata dalla responsabile per poi sentirmi dire che non possono sostituirmi il materasso in quanto la collega nega che io abbia chiesto un materasso per poterci dormire e così hanno concluso, ripeto hanno fatto passare 3 mesi e se ne sono proprio fregati del cliente . Incompetenti nn si tratta così chi vi fa lavorare,mai più dopo questa esperienza. Ho notato subito in negozio la qualità dei prodotti, dopo i vari preventivi, ottimo anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo, oggi che posso godermi il mio divano, ribadisco la qualità e la bellezza, posso essere solo contento e soddisfatto del mio acquisto, ma soprattutto di essere stato trattato e consigliato bene della signora Lucia e il suo staff.
