Il personale attento e preparato è riuscito a capire le nostre esigenze ed in poco tempo ci ha fornito differenti progetti che abbiamo potuto visionare e valutare insieme arrivando ad una scelta accurata che ci ha soddisfatto sotto ogni punto di vista. La professionalità del personale che ci ha seguito è stata fondamentale! Grazie a tutto lo Staff Competence and professionalism, all this in the via Baracchini store. The attentive and knowledgeable staff was able to understand our needs and in a short time provided us with different projects that we were able to view and evaluate together, arriving at a careful choice that satisfied us from every point of view. The professionalism of the staff that followed us was fundamental! Thanks to all the staff

A febbraio mi comunicano che uno dei due ha ritardi di produzione (impossibile stimare la consegna) e l'altro - dopo molteplici rinvii - ritardi di consegna (intorno a fine merzo). Epilogo: ordine annullato. La cosa stravagante è che la scusa sia stata la seguente: "scusi ma essendo stati presentati al salone del mobile ci vuole molto più tempo...". Due semplici commenti: 1) il salone del mobile è stato quasi un anno fa e si svolge ogni anno... se per voi costituisce un problema lasciate spazio nel mercato a chi in esso vede opportunità; 2) volendo fare gli ingenui e credere al punto 1, come mai la merce era addirittura in Promozione, fortemente scontata? 1 stella per generosità.... What a disappointment!!! I bought two "black Friday" PROMOTION products in Nov. 2018. In February they tell me that one of the two has production delays (impossible to estimate delivery) and the other - after multiple delays - delivery delays (around end of merzo) ). Epilogue: order canceled. The extravagant thing is that the excuse was the following: "sorry but having been presented at the furniture fair it takes much longer ...". Two simple comments: 1) the furniture fair was almost a year ago and takes place every year ... if it is a problem for you, leave space in the market for those who see opportunities in it; 2) wanting to be naive and believe in point 1, how come the goods were even in promotion, strongly discounted? 1 star for generosity ....

Sto ancora aspettando di essere contattata dal venditore ,dallo scorso novembre, per la sostituzione viti sedie acquistate insieme al tavolo. Bad assistance after delivery. I am still waiting to be contacted by the seller, since last November, to replace the screws of the chairs purchased together with the table.

Personale cordiale, disponibile, oltre che al materiale in esposizione può mostrare il resto su tablet ampio e ben visibile, molto interattivo. Ha anche dei campionari esaustivi su colore e materiale, ampia possibilità di configurazione. Vale la pena fare un salto. Small but good for having an idea of the samples in their possession. Friendly, helpful staff, as well as the material on display, can show the rest on a large and clearly visible tablet, very interactive. It also has exhaustive samples of color and material, wide configuration possibilities. It is worth a jump.

Ho preso permesso al lavoro per venire in tempo ma nulla... At least write it on the site or communicate it to Google (or both, maybe eh) that you have closed pending the opening of the new office in Moscova. I took leave to work to come on time but nothing ...
