Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo rivolti in via Durini per l'acquisto della nostra nuova cucina e siamo rimasti davvero contenti del servizio ricevuto. La nostra consulente di riferimento è stata Doriana Castellana che ci ha seguiti con pazienza e gentilezza infinita in ogni momento del progetto. Devo dire che siamo rimasti colpiti per la professionalità e la qualità del servizio offerto sia in negozio che in fase di consegna: i falegnami preposti al montaggio della cucina hanno lavorato in maniera veloce e pulita, lasciando la casa esattamente in ordine. Lo sottolineo perché è un aspetto non scontato nel campo dei lavori edili. ringrazio ancora Doriana da parte mia e di Simone e consiglio senza riserve la sua consulenza e quella di Binova in generale. Satisfied with the purchase made by Binova! My family and I turned to via Durini for the purchase of our new kitchen and we were really happy with the service received. Our reference consultant was Doriana Castellana who followed us with infinite patience and kindness in every moment of the project. I must say that we were impressed by the professionalism and quality of the service offered both in the shop and in the delivery phase: the carpenters in charge of assembling the kitchen worked quickly and cleanly, leaving the house exactly in order. I emphasize this because it is not an obvious aspect in the field of construction work. I thank Doriana again from me and from Simone and I recommend her advice and that of Binova in general without reservation.

They got kicked out of the Modulnova showroom for not providing the kitchens to the customers, 'selling' a brand that they did not carry (that means fraud since the client paid them), tricking the clients out of what they paid and not paying their supplier. L2G is a former L'Ellisse group that had to close down due to debt unpaid.

I can surly say that you were so unprofessional at every point after the order and amount is being paid 100%. Your have done blunders with my colour that I have chosen for my kitchen but never bothered to rectify it even after knowing the mistake was from your end . Customer service is pathetic and huge wait time to get the order delivered. Even after the delivery, the kitchen doors were broken and wrong measurement were taken yet zero response from your team. It’s a company which cannot be trusted with the designs, delivery or any commitment after the order is being placed . Worst experience !!!
