★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably bad service for a company in such a luxury segment.
We purchased from them table, chairs and a mirror. Delivery time was up to 1 month (articles were ready), so we paid 100% prepayment. And then we got a delivery almost in 3 months and after several hard reminders and a threat to cancel the order. Initially it was agreed in written that delivery to our apartment is included into the price as well as disposal of our old table. Just before the delivery we were told that we need to organize several people to help their workers to move the furniture. We refused. Then when they came with the furniture, they refused to pick up our old table, saying that their truck was already gone. The mirror was delivered without even fixing to the wall. And this all "luxury furniture"... When I claimed all my problems, they simply stopped to respond.
The conclusion - never again!
Strongly do not recommend.
