Ora, trascorso un mese, resto ancora in attesa della sostituzione e non mi Γ¨ stata indicata neppure una data.
Questo livello di servizio non Γ¨ adeguato ai prezzi applicati.
The after-sales service is very disappointing: on 10/11/21 purchased and prepaid a SCIC kitchen accessory, it was delivered to me on 15/11 very damaged (see photo), although the packaging was intact (therefore the damage is occurred before shipment, an indication of lack of quality control).
Now, after a month, I am still waiting for the replacement and I have not even been given a date.
This level of service is not adequate for the prices charged.
