★ ★ ★ ★ ★ disorganizzazione massima: non dò un giudizio sul lavoro perchè purtroppo non l'ho potuto neanche testare. Sono andata li esattamente una settimana fa per un preventivo banale di una parte di cucina facendo presente che avevo tempi piuttosto stretti e chiedendo espressamente se erano in grado di rispettarli. Siamo rimasti che il lunedì successivo mi avrebbero già mandato il preventivo. Il martedì sera non avendo ricevuto niente ho chiamato e me lo hanno promesso per il giorno successivo. Oggi, venerdì ancora niente preventivo, però mi ha telefonato l'architetto che mi dice che ha bisogno di vedere dal vero dove dovrà fare il lavoro (dopo una settimana si è accorto) dandomi disponibilità per un giorno qualsiasi della prossima settimana la mattina dalle 8 in poi. Fisso con la persona che ha le chiavi di casa per martedì alle 9.30 e lo comunica subito. Mi richiamano dopo 3 ore per dirmi che in realtà non possono venire. Veramente pessima organizzazione e probabilmente menefreghismo dovendo fare un lavoro piuttosto piccolo e quindi poco remunerativo. Ho solo perso tempo.
maximum disorganization: I do not give an opinion on the work because unfortunately I could not even test it. I went there exactly a week ago for a trivial estimate of a part of the kitchen, pointing out that I had rather tight deadlines and specifically asking if they were able to respect them. We were left that the following Monday they would have already sent me the quote. On Tuesday evening, having received nothing, I called and they promised me for the next day. Today, Friday still no estimate, but the architect called me and tells me that he needs to see where he will have to do the work (after a week he realized) giving me availability for any day next week in the morning from 8 on. Fixed with the person who has the house keys for Tuesday at 9.30 and communicates it immediately. They call me back after 3 hours to tell me they can't actually come. Really bad organization and probably indifference having to do a rather small and therefore not very profitable job. I just wasted time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovevo fare accorciare delle gambe di un tavolo cilindriche e svasate, volevano fare un taglio approssimativo di "circa" i cm che chiedevo io e mandarmi via rapidamente, dicendo che poi la rifinitura la potevo fare io con un po' di carta vetrata. Li ho dovuti fermare perché già le stavano tagliando senza chiedermi conferma e senza neanche dirmi quanto sarebbe costato. Di fronte alla mia esitazione e perplessità sono stati molto scortesi, lasciando intendere che non avevano tempo da perdere con me. Allora sono andata via, per fortuna, poi ho trovato un altro artigiano più professionale che mi ha fatto un lavoro accurato.
La risposta alla mia recensione negativa, che definisce la mia richiesta una "magagna" non di loro competenza, è una perfetta dimostrazione del loro modo di trattare col cliente.
I had to shorten the legs of a cylindrical and flared table, wanted to make a rough "cutting around" the cm was asking me and send me away quickly, saying that then the finishing could I do with a little 'of sandpaper. I've had to stop because they already were cutting without asking confirmation and without even telling me how much it would cost. In front of my hesitation and misgivings they were very unhelpful, suggesting that they had no time to lose with me. Then I went away, thankfully, then I found another more professional craftsman who made me a thorough job.
The answer to my negative review, which defines my request as a "flaw" not of their competence, is a perfect demonstration of their way of dealing with the customer.

Ho fatto rilaccare le ante della mia cucina e sono venute benissimo.
Ho inoltre fatto la cameretta per i miei bambini e mi hanno realizzato un bellissimo soppalco su misura e veramente stabile!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatto levigare e riparare il parquet della casa in affitto. Lavoro fatto male e non professionale. Causa Covid ho pagato non potendo veroficare il lavoro. Ho provato a telefonare al titolare dell'azienda, ma non mi ha mai richiamato. E dire che eravamo amici!

Taken in the past some plywood panels, I needed 3mm and Birch: supplied, not too expensive, kind, quick… what more could you want? If you need wood this is the right place!
